Overall nice experience at the Hotel Kensington. They gave us a room on the 5th floor with an Eiffel Tower view! It was fun to watch the light shows that take place on the hour every night from our hotel window. The downside to being up this high is that the Wi-Fi did not reach to the 5th floor. We...

I have been to Paris 6 times and 5 times I have stayed at the Kensington because of location and conviance for all. Yes rooms are small, but where do you not find small rooms in Paris, unless you rent a more luxury hotel by paying much, much more. When I travel all I need is a descent hotel with...

We had 3 in our family and had to purchase 2 rooms on different floors. The rooms were so small. Just a foot path around the bed. The bath was even smaller. You can't sit down on the toilet w/o hitting your knees and the shower is so small that to bend over and pick up soap or shampoo causes...

OK, it's not a fabulous, luxury hotel, but it is in a great location. Considering that you visit Paris to be out in the city, why would you care for more than a good, comfortable bed, a kind staff and a good breakfast (extra cafe au lait provided)? We spent a wonderful 10 nights at this hotel. Our front room...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Kensington for four nights in early October 2011. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there! The room was small but clean and plenty big for the two of us and our two carry-on sized suitcases. The bathroom was huge! The staff was very nice and helpful. We were on the front side of...

Having booked this hotel on several occasions I am happy to recommend this accomodation. Yes, the rooms may be small, (but this is typical of small hotels) but the hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are friendly and the management/proprietor is often at the front desk. Close to many attractions, Eiffel, Napoleon tomb, Roden,Metro,Shops,Restaurants in the locale, and beautiful...

Great hotel three blocks from the Eiffel Tower and a lot else. An old, independent hotel in the heart of the city. Keep the window open for a nice breeze. Small room, as most are in Europe but very comfortable. Great value so close in.

I called the Hotel and was told that there was only one more one left for the date my husband needed it. I booked the Hotel for the one night. My husband's flight was delayed due to very back weather in the US. Once I knew about the delay, I called up the Hotel and told them to cancel the...
