The location everyone compliments was merely adequate. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro, but probably most hotels are. Place De Clichy was a good location for girl-watching (and the girls in Paris are fantastic, only Prague rivals it) and is right at the metro. However, it is a good half hour walk to the Opera House and...

I stayed at this hotel for a week, I booked it without thinking due to how cheap it was compared to other Paris hotels. Up to a week before leaving I though I would check Tripadvisor to see how other rated the hotel, I seen all the negative reviews about all sorts an started panicking that I had made a...

We stayed there for 4 nights. Good location, close to Moulin Rouge, good value for money. The room was small but very clean. The breakfast was quite disappointing, for 7 Euros - coffee, croissant, baguette, butter, jam, nutella and orange juice. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice area, many cafes and brasseries around. Unfortunately they do not provide free Wi-Fi,...

My husband and I stayed here for only one night in June. The room itself was small (by North American standards) but very clean and quiet. I really liked the neighbourhood though, with many restaurants and shops close by. The train station (Place Clichy) is also within walking distance. We had to take two short metro rides to get to...

We stayed three nights in this hotel before moving to the more central Hotel Tiquetonne. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews about it, as our experience was very different. We were on the fourth floor in a reasonably large and comfortable room. It had a television and an ensuite bathroom, both of which we are missing...

My girlfriend and I needed a place near Place Clichy. In that respect, the hotel is really well placed and reasonably prices (60€ a night for 2). They were very accomodating on our late arrival. However there was no TP in the room and no privacy (really thin walls). Just as weel we only needed a place to crash!

As of today, this is absolutely the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some sketchy places in Africa and Eastern Europe. - Reception staff decided to charge me more than the reservation price and gave me an ultimatum: pay higher price or we are not going to let you in (at 11 pm, when...

Good location BUT . . . Booked for a week and didn't expect to spend much time in the room anyway. Requested a double and was put on ground floor where window opened onto terrace used as smoking corner. Pillows were hard. Ants in the bathroom. Shower arm broken. Will not go back.

This hotel has some of the best prices available in the area. We booked the cheapest room, which was on the 5th floor. Although a bit on the small side, it was warm, comfortable and reasonably clean. The bed linen looked new, the mattress seemed OK, it was comfortable and we slept well. The room had a dressing table, bedside...

Not a bad experience - IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT EXPECTATION. The rooms are small, the price is cheap, and you are in Paris, so everything is more expensive. It is near Moulin Rouge, and area is a little dodgy but not too bad. I wouldn't walk alone at night. Rooms are small and no elevators. Wifi is only 2euro,...
