This hotel is very near Gare Saint-Lazare (train station) and metro stations. The staff was helpful and there is an elevator. The room was nice and bathroom large. We didn’t love the neighborhood: lots of homeless people. Others area are much nicer.

Fantastic stay at L'Quest, excellent value for money and so very central to Saint Lazare train station. Staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble...we even left our big bags overnight at the hotel while we spent a night in Chartres for the Illumination of Lights.

Even when requesting the basics had to come down to reception to get them. Not shower caps, no tootheoaste even on request. Had to request the key to the safe (€100) if lost. No refrigerator in the room meant couldn't keep anything to drink. No AC so room was extremely hot. Couldn't leave windows open due to proximity to stairwell... More

Nice hotel, 50 rooms at the opposite Gare Saint Lazara, metro and train. Despite the room are small, we like the hotel very much. Good beds, perfect bathroom. At the opposite is a small supermarket and Starbucks is around the corner. We've stayed here over the years 5 or 6 times because Gare Lazare is the ideal base for trips... More

The hotel was perfect for a quick trip. Very good location close to St Lazare (and RER to the airport), walking distance to the shopping area and some of the sights. Rooms were clean - a bit small, but that's Paris. The staff was very helpful, they gave me the room in the morning and they were very helpful in... More

They gave us a small room on the first... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights to watch the football in Paris and I have to say fantastic location, near to a lot of things to see and within walking distance of some of attractions and with the metro, rail and bus services all outside, friendly and helpful reception staff, which was nice and I would have no hesitation... The hotel is situated next to Gare du Saint Lazare (metro and RER station) , very convinient for getting public transport ( a few busses have stops there, metro lines 3,12,13 and 14...) Also a few Noctilien night buses stop near the hotel. The hotel offers free wi-fi. Has a small but functional elevator. Right across the street there is... More

terrible acoustics. You can hear everything from sides, ups and downs rooms. Around 6/7 AM you can smell the bread baking and of course it wakes you up!! The aisles need to be remodeled. Still with red carpets Good size of the room, brand new room instalations, good bed, good closet, good shower.

“Great room, spacious for suitcases and very roomy shower area. Our rooms had been recently refurbished. The only thing that we could complain about was lack of hot water but as soon as we informed reception about this they informed their maintenance man. Thank you L'Quest...you helped to make our visit to Paris a memorable one.”
