Brilliant location, 20 mins walk from Gare de Nord, 20 mins from Louvre and Notre Dame. Loads of shops and restaurants near by. Not the most modern in terms of facilities but a great price and beds are super comfy.

Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

Yes, there are stairs (hope that the lights will be operated...). For a three stars hotel do not expect shuttle service but metro station is very close.
