We loved this hotel! It was my fiancé and my first time visiting Paris and I purposely booked us a hotel in this neighborhood to be near the Eiffel Tower, the metro and other attractions. This hotel was on Rue St Dominique which is buzzing with activity and has a bunch of great restaurants. The staff could not be nicer...

If you can find the hotel entrance you're doing well. It's a small door next to a restaurant of the same name. Went in to the restaurant reception to ask for directions and was ignored by staff for about 20 mins who were busy tidying up. The restaurant provides food for the hotel so first impression not particularly welcoming. Hotel...

This hotel has a great location. It does lack a lift but I was on the first floor so didn't mind. The room I was in was quite small, even by Parisian standards but was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. However, the base of the shower was cracked, the door handle was loose and about to come off...

My husband and I were travelling around Europe. Hotel Thoumieux is simply fabulous. From the moment you walk through the front doors till the moment you leave, the hotel has a wonderful feeling. Tastefully decorated without being over the top. Bravo to India Mahdavi !. Very parisian location with many places to shop within a walking distance.

Very nice boutique hotel with helpful staff. Be aware that there is NO LIFT and the staircases are steep, narrow and winding. The personnel will carry your luggage up but if stairs are a problem for you - AVOID. There is not an obvious entry from the street. This is a walk up from a doorway next to the Bistro...

Stayed here a year back. Hotel Thoumieux is a very nice little hotel in a good Paris neighborhood. Good service and beautiful if a slightly small rooms but with a fun and funky vibe. Would stay again and recommend it; it's certainly worth considering.

My husband and I stayed here with our 15-month-old daughter on March 30 for our wedding anniversary and were so impressed with the service. The front desk staff was always friendly, and helpfully stored our stroller for us every time we returned to the hotel, and fetched it promptly every time we went out. When we attempted to have dinner...

we stayed three nights over Easter and really enjoyed our time here. The reception staff were helpful and professional and the room was very stylish and comfortable with great storage, an ipad, and Aesop bath products. The metro is nearby but you can also walk to many places from here and it's relatively quiet and calm. There are good restaurants,...

Really enjoyed stay. Great location - walking distance to many major sights. Great street - especially if you lake cake, chocolate and macarons - but also some nice bars and restaurants. The two michellin stars are well deserved in teh restaurant where we had a great evening.
