Fantastic value for money, cleanliness very good. A lovely hotel located near the metro and a selection of bars. Can't fault it! Have used this hotel several times and will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Right next to the metro so going to the center of Paris is a walk in the park, staff super helpful and kind, the room is nice sized and spotless, bathroom same thing I would not hesitate to book with then again!!

The big let-down for me was the way the shower flooded the bathroom; the breakfast was pretty basic, only boiled eggs or crepes if you wanted something hot, not worth the 10euros. Quite a noisy area, with the Metro rattling above the roadways.

Great location to all of central Paris tourist locations.Staff are friendly room is clean. Only fault is very noisy could here the tv from next room and traffic outside of main junction, but we were so tired from our busy days it didn't disturb us.

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are small but comfortable! Only the cars and metro are annoying at night. I liked the big park and the canal next to the hotel. You can walk to most of the tourist attractions.

Great value, super location: right at Jaurés métro station and near the Gare du Nord! The canal Saint Martin and the Buttes-Chaumont park are nearby and great to explore. Also, easily walkable to Montmartre and Sacré-Coeur. Very clean and professional!

This hotel is very clean and the room is quite nice. We did no have any issue with the noise outside...honestly, it was normal city noise, nothing crazy! Also a very good things is that they have a "luggage room" in case you want to enjoy the city the last day without your bags. The subway is just in front,...

I stayed here from Friday to Monday in a room with wifi on the ground floor. The room was perfect for one person. In case you book the room for two you best be a couple, otherwise the bed might be a little too 'etroite'. It has a nice bathroom, the breakfast was very nice considering the price and you...

Very clean hotel, professional staff, clean room and bathroom. Easy access to room and we got all the support we needed. Location is excellent and you can walk here from gare du nord in about 30 minutes. Metro is right next door (about 100 m far) but still rooms are perfectly silent. Bed is a little uncomfortable but this might...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Hotel's 69 rooms, entirely renovated and air-conditioned, are contained in 3 small typical Parisian buildings joined by a courtyard and a garden. The largest building has 38 rooms overlooking the main street. Some, named "Paris Comfort" offers a balcony with stunning views of the Butte Montmartre and the Sacre-Coeur. The 25 rooms of the second building, called "Privilege" as is peacefully located in the yard and garden. Warm tones married to white duvets give their charm and intimacy. The 6 remaining rooms, named "Villa Cosi", renovated in warm colors are located in a charming town house, surprisingly quiet for the middle of Paris. The approach of our architects was to rethink the rooms as comfortable cocoons using a rational and highly practical layout to make all the services immediately accessible along the walls. The choice of materials and subtly contemporary colours give a chic touch of elegance and design to the decor. The comfort and modernity are enhanced by the presence of large flat screen television with TNT and satellite, new bedding with quilt instead of the traditional bedspreads. ... more   less
