Excellent budget hotel. Room is small, like any Paris hotel. Bathroom is clean, sheets are clean. The location is incredible: everything is accessible by bus. Walking distance to Gare de Lyon. Very quiet street, except on Saturday evening. Staff is OK, like most Paris hotel. Not rude, but not overly friendly. Free Wi-fi in the room is a nice touch.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days in September 2014. On arrival the man at the desk gave us 2 addresses to park our car; after a long search in a heavy traffic near Port de Lyon Station, I realized that these 2 addresses did not exist. When I returned to the hotel, a different man at the...

+Very good location within walking distance to Notre dame Cathedrale, Latin Quarter and other city centre attractions. In general quite nice area. There was a coffee shop Salon de The around the corner ideal for breakfast but it was closed on Sunday. The room size was good for Paris and for such price.Bathroom was big and newly renovated. It's good for Beauvaus...

the only reason we chose it was because it was near gare de lyon, we only stayed one night which was enough when you have cases you expect there to be a lift that was the down side other wise everything was nice and clean

The only reason I chose this hotel was because on my time of booking it was the cheapest hotel with average rating available that is near to Gare de Lyon, which makes location the only pro of this hotel. Reception staff was ok. I find the housekeepers were more friendly though. If you haven't had the chance to keep your...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location - close to Gare de Lyon station. Our room was so small, there was no space for luggage. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow - very difficult to walk, especially when you are carrying luggage. No face nor hand towels. The bath towels were old and hard....

As we walked down the street to our hotel we passed a couple of 3 star hotels and then there it was, wedged between two 3 star hotels, the one star Hotel de l'Aveyron. The double room was tiny with only a double bed, a small side table and three coat hangers. The window was covered by two different curtains,...

The only good thing about this place is location, otherwise stay away. The carpet, curtains, bedspread all stained and dirty. The sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. Bathroom was thankfully clean. No elevator and the stairs are narrow and curved, difficult to maneuver with luggage. Really....find another hotel.
