We loved this hotel. The rooms are awesome and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. Not the cheapest hotel but you get what you pay for. If you want your trip to Paris to be special you need to stay here.

We could not get a room in this Uber cool hotel, so we went for breakfast. Simple as every French breakfast, coffee, croissant, half a baguette with some marmalade, fresh juice and the bill was €150 for 4 people. We had to ask for cutlery, napkins and so one. The staff is very busy being cool and forgets to give... More

We've stayed at hotel amour for a fortnight in Paris. The theme of our trip being "Parisian cabaret", hotel Amour was the right choice! The rooms are clean, neat and well designed in the style of the Parisian cabaret theme. Well situated, the moulin rouge and the church of Sacré Coeur being in arms length. Even though it is a... Wife and I stayed some years ago with our American friends. The room was brilliant and very well done. We had the playboy room which had a wall full of playboy mags. It was nice and friendly and clean. Great experience and I highly recommend this place :-)

really fun place to stay! enjoy a really great location -- with a great cafe -- along with luxe linens, fun sometimes outlandishly sexy art (not for the faint of heart, just sayin') the food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super helpful and most of them spoke pretty good english. an excellent value. we will be back.

Hotel Amour has a very nice café restaurant place at is ground floor hiding a small garden. Its atmosphere is great and the food is Ok. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get a feeling for a peaceful and trendy Parisian atmosphere ( so called Bobo) to go there.

Ok, it may be I got a bad room, certainly it was nothing like any of the photos being used. Very very very basic. No tv and Internet that drops out ALL the time. Small and pretty shambolic if I'm honest. The hotel seems to have a nice outside area but I never got to use this. Hard to find... More

I visited with my mum. We hadn't booked a table but the staff offered us a glass of wine while we waited. The venue and staff were faultless. Super friendly. The food was delicious. I'd advise you book in advance so you can get a table in the terrace which is a hidden gem. Loved it. 10/10

It is the nicest hotel I have visited in Paris so far! Hotel with charm and style. My room was spacious (I can say big) with big window and large stylish bathroom. I liked room decor, I liked extremely clean bed, but these small (but so important) details like special paper, envelope, water, nice key holder are like cherry on... More

We got robbed. Our room was left open by the cleaning staff and a bracelet was stolen. There are no safes inside the rooms, you have to bring everything down to the reception. Unfortunately nobody told us about that possibility. Also the staff is quite snooty and snobbish, too cool for this world. Some of the waiters were nice though.... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
