I often complain about hotels who put form over function such as bathrooms that have all the "cool" fixtures but in which you cannot bathe. L'Empire has none of this. It's got the coolness, certainly, but without compromising the functionality Our room as a "deluxe"...More
We chose this hotel as they have facilities for people with mobility issues. We were not disappointed. This lovely little hotel catered to my needs . The room was on the main level, spacious with an easy access shower. It was beautifully clean and well appointed....More
We picked this hotel because of its convenient location and the ease of transport from the 2 major airports, as it was a very short trip and we arrived at one airport and left from the other. Located a few blocks from the Hotel de...More

Our family stayed at L'Empire for 4 days. It is located very near the Louvre and Rue Rivoli.

Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and
just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
You wouldn't have enough space in the room where I stayed, but I am sure they have accommodations with two doubles or queens. I was a lone traveler. I think the gentleman from Bury is correct--just give them a ring.
