Great for arrival from the Eurostar. Very clean and comfortable rooms which felt surprisingly large for a city hotel. Staff were helpful prior to arrival as I met my daughter there and we were coming from different countries.

I had a pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. And I actually asked a lot of questions and information since it was my first stop arriving in Europe
