This was a very handy location to stay for a quick stop over in Paris or for longer stay. right opposite the main train station and with a metro stop outside. This hotel is all about the Location, the area has plenty of Brasseries and restaurants so you dont need to go far in the evening if you wish to...

We've stayed here many a few times due to it's location, prior to further onward rail journeys further into Europe. Rooms are basic but very good, there ia a good varied brakfast. Staff are excellent, but better to have a good basic knowledge of the local language. Recommended

I'll be honest, I booked this hotel because it was cheap and close to Gare du Nord. I was on a two day trip to Paris, so wasn't too concerned about the hotel apart from those two criteria. I was astonished at just how lovely the hotel was, my room especially, and how quiet at night, but most of all...

To say that my stay at this hotel and treatment as a customer and frequent guest in the group’s properties worldwide is disappointing is an understatement which has now tarnished my opinion of the entire Accor chain and its absolute non-existent approach to customer service; even more so as I have been staying for business and leisure for over 20...

My experience was that if you need a hotel close to the train station Gare du Nord its just perfect! The staff is very friendly and well willing to help you as good as they can. What did I notice: 1 it's a big building (my room was a long walk on the 5th floor). 2. It needs a renovation...

I really like the way in which I can get off Eurostar and be directly in the hotel, just across the station forecourt, no messing around with taxis or metro or buses. There are of course excellent transport links all round the Gare du Nord but that isn't the point. The Mercure chain are always reliable and this hotel is...

Stayed here for 2 nights and had nothing too complain about. Both rooms were clean and decorated in a pleasing, modern style. Soap and shower gel are provided but you might want to take your own shampoo. There is no mini fridge, but tea and coffee facilities and bottled water were provided. There was an English electric socket, great for...
