My wife and I recently stayed in the Hotel Lumen for a 4 night break for our 40th Wedding Anniversary - having had our honeymoon also in Paris. With its reasonably central position the hotel is extremely convenient for accessing central Paris. In our case we walked everywhere so it was great to be able to reach all the key...

Convenient location in the heart of Paris. Walk or take the Metro everywhere. The staff was great. The room was small but perfectly acceptable for 1 or 2 people. The hotel is also a nice size. Not too big.

I stayed at the hotel for one week. I love the location of the hotel as it is walking distance from the Louvre, the Opera as well as the museums on the other side of the Seine. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. It would have been nice if the portable phone systems were more user...

Every thing was fine. Room is comfortable. Location is excellent. Breakfast was good as usual. Personal was very friendly. There are a lot of museums and restaurants around this area. I think I will recommend this hotel to my colleges and friends. Next time I hope to stay in this hotel again.

Really enjoyed this hotel, rooms are small but very well decorated and a very comfy bed. Staff were good always smiling and very helpful. Didn't eat so cant comment on the food, there is a great bagel place next door. Most of the main sites are within a 30 minute walk so no need for metro use which was good....

Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room on the second level facing the Rue des Pyramides. Suffice it to say it was noisy. Extremely noisy. Service was adequate, as was breakfast. This hotel will not be our first option on future visits to Paris. One good thing is that the front desk clerk gave us...

We were not informed at the time of booking that the restaurant was closed and under renovations. Coffee and tea were offered 1 day in lobby and we wished it was everyday. The shower has a small glass wall and as a result water easily got on the floor which we had to clean up everyrime it was used.

The hotel looks nice but the rooms were terrible. The room was so tiny and the shower didn't drain which left mildew on the floor. There was a lot of loud street noise and loud noise from the air. Breakfast was hidden in a dark basement and tiny. After a two week vacation in Europe, we honestly had a better...
