We had a small room with only a very tiny closet, but otherwise very good. The location was, however, excellent: five minutes walking from the medieval city and also a short walking distance from the Bastide. Free parking on the street was easy to find close to the hotel.

This hotel was very good for our visit to Carcassone and we were even more pleased to find we had been upgraded to their sister hotel for our stay. I have been back twice now and always been pleased with the hotel and service.

Very relaxing stay after a long journey would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Hotel was very clean and all stuff welcoming. The fact they had secure private parking over the road from the hotel was a big plus.

We stayed here for one night.Location was good. The room was small but very pleasant and clean. Bright and modern. The receptionists were very helpful and spoke good English. Once we'd put our bag in the room,we had a swim in the pool.Although small,it was very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful.

Brilliantly located and the staff are really friendly & helpful. We are now regular visitors. The rooms are on the small side but the beds are extremely comfortable and the decor is 'funky' and always clean.

“We stayed at this hotel whilst attending a 3 night music festival in Sept/Oct. La Convenza. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. THe parking was handy too across the road but a bit expensive. There were some great touches to this hotel, the bed linen, the little design features, breakfast area, but not enough hooks in the bedroom...

The room was basic but kept to a very good standard. The bed was made every day, the whole room and bathroom cleaned every day and fresh towels every day!! Secure parking is provided at a charge of 10 euros a day, very reasonable. Also breakfast was provided for 12 euros a day per person. The choice given was very...

Beautiful, tasteful modern room and bathroom. Had a small pool which we didn't use but it looked nice. We could walk to Le Cite so perfect position for us. We had bicycles which were happily stored safely. Lovely staff, helpful.

The hotel is very new and very uber modern which isn't really our style, but it's close enough to the fortress of Carcassonne that it's quite a steal. The room overlooked a foyer of plants, so it was very quite and peaceful. The room was a tad small, had barely enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was fine, except...

The l'octroi is ideally located for a visit to the old town of carcassone. This is within a few minutes walking distance. We had a very friendly and warm welcome. The rooms are clean. We enjoyed one or two beers at the pool and after a good sleep, also a decent breakfast.
