The room was not very comfortable, cooking was not possible due to the lack of utensils. The location was very good. It was 2 min walking from La Cité. The visit to the castle was very interesting and free on Sundays from November to March. Awesome experience!

For just 4 days we were quite happy with this hotel/apartment. the rooms were large, very clean but very sparse and stark. It was only french tv and not very homely. If I had been staying longer I might have been unhappy but it was good value for money. The breakfasts were very good

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during our visit to Carcassonne. The hotel it self is located in a great place, it takes 5 minutes to clim a hill and get in to the Cite of Carcassonne. On the other hand if you want to go to the center of the new city you'll need to walk a...

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to a locked building, with no instructions on how to check in or even get into the building. After trying to call the telephone number from the reservation confirmation we were finally sent a text with a code to enter the building. No one could even be bothered to speak to us. The room...

We spent one night here, and have stayed before. The name has changed but we got the same courteous, efficient service. Rooms are spacious. There are no long lonesome corridors. Bathrooms are clean. We would have preferred extra, more solid, pillows, but we didn't ask about their availability. We would certainly stay here again.

This hotel is in a fabulous location right at the bottom of the castle, easy walking distance however the rooms were not very clean. This would be the biggest flaw, as the room we had was a very decent size, the rate was good, staff fairly friendly, breakfast in the morning was decent. Need to spend more time cleaning and...

Reasonable apartment with plenty of room, though it was spartanly furnished. Small kitchenette & fridge for self catering. Room unfortunately onto street at street level with inadequate blinds. For view of medieval city get a room on upper floor facing the street. Disinterested reception staff. Plenty of adjacent street parking.

Very clean and adequate facilities and amenities. Located in the old town with easy access to the chateau and the "new" town. Liked the privacy and security set up. Staff were helpful and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time.

Great location. If you walk out and to the right and then turn left up the road you can get to the Porte Narbonnaise entrance to La Cité without having to make your way through La Cité. There is a lovely little walk up to La Cité when you turn left on exiting the apartments. We had a one bedroom...

The buildings are neat with recent facelift.Rooms are basic, comfortable and clean which is all you need if you are travelling. Get out into town and up to the awesome castle and come back to...

“Request a room that has access to the 'free wifi' if this is a concern to you. Also pay the extra 8.50 Euro for the secure parking - much better to not have to stress about parking tickets.”
