Our stay was for my husband and for me and we travelled from Collioure by train. We walked from the station which took approximately 30 minutes up to the accommodation. We were enthused by the reviews and had emailed Ben with the booking. Ben replied in confirmation and asked us to let him know as soon as possible what time...

Very comfortable and welcoming. Lovely breakfast and excellent facilities. I would highly recommend this as a brilliant location just outside the walls but with lovely outlook and views. Swimming pool big bonus for summer months. Love Carcasonne it's so interesting and a great place for a long weekend.

Rooms which make you feel as though you are the only guest. Lovely grounds with views over the Citadel. The owners just so welcoming and helpful always going the extra mile to make things perfect, even picking us up from the hospital where my husband had to be treated.

I was in a party of six and as a singleton had the smallest double room at this B & B. It was adequate. The rest of our party had generous size rooms. There's a pool and covered or open areas by the pool for picnic style dining. There's also a breakfast room (it was too chilly to have our...

This is a real hidden gem a 5 minute walk from the entrance to the mediaeval city of Carcassonne, with wonderful views from the gardens. It was a superb location which had ample secure parking a necessity when driving a Morgan! Danielle was an attentive host and her breakfasts were amazing, in particular the treats she prepared each day; fruit...

Despite the wet and windy May weather, we enjoyed our 11-night stay. Our first holiday without hiring a car and we managed to keep ourselves occupied - walking along the Canal du Midi, visiting local villages by bus and train (despite the strike), strolling to the Cite. Daniele is an excellent host and provided delicious breakfasts and copious advice. The...

Lots of good points here. Free secure parking. Spacious rooms. Pleasant gardens and patio areas. Swimming Pool. Very nice breakfast. Charming host. A short walk to la cite (and in doing so, you can smile cheerfully at all the other visitors paying for the expensive parking as you walk past the large car parks). Would happily return and stay again.

This was our second time visiting Le Jardin and once again our stay was excellent. This gem is situated as close to the Medieval City as you can get, yet it is a quiet refuge with nicely landscaped grounds that include a variety of fragrant plants and ornamental bushes, an inground pool, plenty of spaces to sit and relax, and...

We stayed here for a week in late September - an ideal place. Not too far to walk to the Cite in the evening for drinks & food, only 20 mins to the town area. Daniele is an excellent host. Lovely breakfasts - plenty of choice with fresh crepes or omlette some mornings. Her garden is lovely and it's nice...

Stayed at Le Jardin de la citie with my daughters ..absolutely brilliant. The location is perfect just a 5 min walk to la citie, 20 mins to the town centre and 25 to the station. We walked everywhere no need for a car. It was only 10 mins drive from airport (taxi 20Euros). We took the train one day to...
