We stayed here for a family wedding in August 2015. On arrival we found the staff quite discourteous and lacking in customer care. My kids are both egg/nut allergic and the staff were reluctant to provide food initially although after some discussion they agreed to make something (we had been travelling all day). Breakfast was over priced and the breakfast... More

We arrived at Nimes Airport, picked up the car and drove straight to the hotel. The room was ready when we arrived, checked in and went straight for the pool. Also we were not in one of the newly refurbished room, it was well appointed and perfect for the four of us. Dinner was really good, served by the sons... More

We stayed overnight as an extended family with 8 adults and 3 children and a baby and we were more than happy with our stay. The rooms were all fine, the swimming pool was excellent for the children in particular and the evening meal we had outside was absolutely fine for us. We were well looked after by what appeared... Basic hotel and poorly managed. Beautiful location however do not let the scenery fool you. We requested a superior room however there was nothing superior about it. A superior room has air con! The bathroom was basic, the room was basic and no tea/coffee making facility.

I like rural character and I like authentic buildings but if they're selling you accommodation for nearly 100€ a night as well, you need to temper it with a bit more of a classy presentation than this place offers. Our room was in the barn conversion and it wasn't a Kevin McCloud and ambient music kind of conversion either. The... More

The building/ courtyard is lovely, but this place suffers from poor management. The staff were rather indifferent or rude, the rooms poorly renovated, and many things are not functional (the sauna, the tennis courts . . .). The food at the restaurant was quite good despite the service, and breakfast also okay, if one ignores the hostile notices telling you... More

I guess we all look for different things in our holiday accommodation and by and large you get what you pay for. If sterile, identikit rooms in towering, souless, architectural monstrosities is your thing then perhaps you would be better of at one of the big corporate chains. However, if you want to immerse yourself in the local environment somewhere... More

If you book here be sure to call too because it's family run and they seem a little forgetful on checking emails! Having got over the surprise, the family who run the place were delightful and made us feel very welcome. The room was perfectly adequate and had an efficient heat pump for heating, the restaurant food was a pleasure... More

We were scheduled to go to the hotel next door Le Pre Galoffre but took one look at it and went for this one instead. Much nicer layout, lovely pool and the rooms were also better. The room we had number 32 was lovely, facing the pool and dining area which was outside under big umbrellas. Ok could have done... More

The hotel looks like it was a manege. The swimming pool looks like it was where the horses would walk around. It is clean but a bit cold. The whole hotel looks like a old little french castle. It's not accessible without a car. And use a navigation-system to get there if your not from the region. The rooms are... More
