This hotel was booked by the cycling tour we were on. Hotel was a bit out of the way. Cost about 6E to get to the Tourist Information booth in Uzes. If you have a car, this is not a problem, but for those on bikes, it's a bit far after a long day cycling to Uzes. Rooms were small-ish,... More

Touring France for two weeks staying in Chateaux, hotels and B&B and we came across this little Logis hotel on the edge of Uzes -what amazing value, nice clean rooms with super breakfast and very nice helpful staff - we had not prebooked and found it from a roadsign - last bit was not as clear but glad we spotted... This is a nice hotel on the outskirts of Uzes. There's a nice pool and bar. The restaurant was closed while we were there, so I can't say how it is. This is best suited for people traveling by car as the town is a long walk away and there's really nothing else nearby except farms and suburban houses.

Due to the festival and the Bastille day celebrations we were unable to get a hotel room anywhere near Avignon or even in downtown Uzes. As a result we ended up at La Patio de la Violette. The hotel is located in a new development just north of the town. It looks like a traditional U.S. motel with rooms opening... More

This is an excellent place. The rooms are set around a central courtyard where you have breakfast and dinner (guests seem to be quiet, as although all rooms look out onto this, noise was not a problem), there's a pool with loungers, etc around it, and you are a twenty minute walk through country lanes from the centre of town... A great place to stay in Uzes (newer rooms although on the small size) but it's outside the main town. The owners are really nice people and the service was fantastic. They do speak Engilsh and were very helpful to us. Ask for room with a patio and enjoy the scenery with some fabulous local wines. The hotel has small... More

Very heartly welcome by Mrs. & Mr. Jourdan! The hotel is situated about 1 Km outside the centre of Uzès and is boarding fields and gardens. After a long day of sightseeing, enjoy the silcence at the swimmingpool. The rooms are not too big, but very comfortable and tastefully equipped with everything you need (and are kept very clean). Lovely newish hotel situated around a modern central courtyard nicely laid out with tables, chairs and sofas in lovely colours and a peaceful water feature. My room was very clean and well furnished (comfortable bed, bedside tables/lights desk and a chair also tourist information - what more do you need?) with plenty of space left for my large suitcase! This is absolutely great hotel, not far from Uzes. You can enjoy perfect cuisine, modern quite spacious rooms, small pool, beautiful patio. Only negative for someone can be, that hotel is not inside of town, but I think that for this qulity of hotel worth to walk a few minutes.

This hotel is very modern, well maintained and reasonably priced. It has features to commend it, but also some disadvantages. On the plus side: It's a brand new building, centred around a large open air interior courtyard, with chairs for lounging. There is free parking, a swimming pool outside the building, a restaurant that serves a good breakfast and evening... More
