The hotel lived up to its two star rating. Very basic rooms, no air conditioning and no lift. Reminded me of a youth hostel a bit, but it was cheap and in the centre of the town. Breakfast was typical of French hotels, fresh croissants, bread rolls, orange juice and coffee.

Was not popular, only a few other people stayed despite big apparent discounts on hotel booking site. And can see why. No lift, so had to hump our own luggage up two flights of stairs. Very noisey - with fire doors banging in the night. Room was OK, but beds were uncomfortable and the room was very hot - poor...

Overall pretty... The hotel its self was clean, room overall pretty clean no issues. Bed was a little hard but manageable. Hotel location is perfect for walking around down town, street city parking, very easy to find parking right next to the hotel after 1900 is free, before then 2euro an hour. No elevator...be ready for stairs. Wifi free was...

A good location for exploring the battlefields of Verdun ... an old building and facilities and no lift or air conditioning ... can be an issue if on 3rd floor as steps are awkward and narrow ... good, adequate breakfast

If you have luggage and you score a room on the third floor, just know one thing ... there are no lifts. My room had that mouldy feeling, although there were newish openable windows. So, if you open the window and the door at the same time, you get an air flow that freshens up the place. (There is no...

This is a very conveniently placed hotel, ideal for travellers visiting the Battlefields of Verdun, Meuse-Argonne and St Mihiel. Its location within the town of Verdun is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the town centre or find a handy restaurant on an evening. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. All...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Valerie at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was good and they went the extra mile in service. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the heart of the city and the Meuse. The shower head is quite movable and did not stay put so...

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast served in an elegant breakfast room. We rented two rooms and everyone was comfortable. The rooms are a little old but they were clean.

Fortunately for this hotel, its main attribute is its location in the middle of a nice little city. Unfinished projects, peeling paint and plaster and musty smell are part of my memories. Parking facilities are available just a few minutes away at a very reasonable price. The personnel was helpful and friendly. If you have any limited physical issues, climbing...
