We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at the hotel 1 night. We had a very nice family room. The only thing to complain about was that the WiFi wasn’t working that well. Breakfast was OK, but not a large selection. I am not sure if it was worth the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went on a sick pilgrimage with my father to this hotel on 1st July with Motherwell Pilgrimage. The youths, hospitality and medical staff we brought were brilliant. The staff in the hotel couldn't have nicer, their customer service is second to none, the rooms were lovely and the food and amenities were great. I would recommend this hotel and obviously...

We arrived at the hotel on a Thursday afternoon and we stayed until the following Thursday. The receptionist was very nice, and overall the staff are amazing and can not do enough for you. The hotel is very big with 8 floors. There are 3 lifts in the hotel, and also there is the option of taking the stairs. There...

Hotel Alba having stayed at this hotel back in 2014, it was lovely to see a new modern refurbishment of all the hotel. It's very modern, comfortable and the hotel staff offer a caring and discerning service for all. The food at times could be very delicious; yet could appear repetitive (especially the soup and bread)! However, if one hasn't...

Been here six times, and alwas feel like at home there. Great And friendly Staff, great rooms, nice food... I have no complain, I always return with a smile here. When they redecorated place after floods few years ago, they made it even better then it was.

I stayed at the Hotel Alba for 5 weeks while waiting to buy my appartment in Lourdes. It is the best 4* Hotel I've stayed at in Lourdes. It is beautifully modern throughout, very clean, spacious and the staff are all very kind, professional and always helpful. There are quite a few lifts, and what I was impressed with was...

We stayed here for the '16 UCI Downhill World Cup mountain bike event. Several teams/media and lots of spectators stayed at Hotel Alba for the event which gave a great atmosphere - which was lucky as the hotel itself didn't have much character. In the room there was nothing welcoming you to the hotel and nothing explaining about the hotel...

I have stayed in the hotel Alba on a annual basis for the past 13 years. It really is the best hotel in Lourdes! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and nothing seems too much for any request. The food is great and we use the restaurant everyday for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Great location, short walk down to...
