Toulouse was an expensive shock when we arrived there from Spain but the Albert 1er was both charming and excellent value for money. We also had the 10Eu breakfast which again was great value. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little hotel superbly situated right in the old heart of Toulouse - but also in a quiet street that allows a good night's sleep. It's perfect for popping in and out of the town and very close to many good restaurants. Nice, very clean rooms and helpful staff.

Great location close to the most interesting sections of the city, including the Capitole square. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was fine and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. Approximately a 15 minute walk from the train station.

We stayed one night at this hotel after reading some good reviews about it, and we have to agree! The hotel is in a great location, has very comfortable and well outfitted rooms, and is good value (75 Euros). The hotel is right on the edge of the old town, a 5-minute walk from the bus stop where the airport...

We went for this hotel because it was in the centre of Toulouse (short walk from Place du Capitole), reasonably priced by Toulouse standards, and not part of a chain. It was comfortable enough, fairly characterful, and an enjoyable stay despite having one of the smaller rooms on the top floor (the single bed was an ample size, but no...

We stayed for two nights the beginning of July at the end of our trip to France. We were looking for a small French hotel, no chains or homogenized hotel rooms where once you closed the door, you could be anywhere. We checked in, dropped off our luggage and headed out to the airport to return our rental car since...

Great location for this fine City, the small hotel delivered good value with friendly helpful service and for all it`s age everything worked[ including a.c.] Shopping nearby is most comprehensive and ideally placed for the Market Victor Hugo which is a must even for vegetarians. The Mezzanine floor has three or four super "local" restauarants to choose from.Would certainly stay here again.

Great central location, easy to access the city centre and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Good value of money. Clean. Helpful staff with good English and a willingness to humour our poor attempt at speaking French! Useful information available about things to do/see locally. Really appreciated the English daily newsletter provided free of charge covering headlines! Overall would certianly...

After indifferent and rude responses from personnel at Toulouse Airport, Hotel Albert 1er was a welcoming oasis after our arrival into Toulouse city. Thanks to a very special front desk evening receptionist--a charming, friendly, young lady. This hotel is truly lucky to have her. There's a small entry lobby with information about Toulouse, and a nice dining area for moning...
