The hotel de Bordeaux in Toulouse is very conveniently located close to the main train station (Matabiau) and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Less than one minute walk from the hotel, you can find a spot of the "VélôToulouse" - the cheap bike rental system. By using your credit card it only takes you 3 minutes...

Conveniently located across the street from the train station, but never bothered by any sort of noise. On check-in just ask for a quiet room facing the backstreet. Reception was always friendly and attentive. Restaurant on site, but breakfast was not included in room price. Rooms were small, but clean. Parking was so and so. The garage the hotel uses...

Needed somewhere to stay near the station on my way to Lisbon and chose this to test out the TA review system. The hotel is very basic but clean and the bed was comfortable althoug too short for me and I am not a tall person. Room partially soundproofed for road noise, but I could almost hear my fellow travellers...

While this is convenient, there is a not-insignificant vagrant population that sleeps and drinks around the train station. There is also a strip club a few doors down from the hotel. That said, however, we never felt in any danger at any...

I chose this hotel on a recent business trip due to its proximity to the train station and fairly low price. It served our purposes just fine, although it was nothing fancy. The rooms aren't much bigger than the queen sized bed and the bathroom was also rather small. However, it was very tidy and the staff was friendly. I...

After we arrived in Toulouse early in the morning we learned the hotel we reserved got cancelled on us. We happened to stumble in hotel de Bordeaux while looking for another hotel. It is located right across from the train station. We were tired from walking on our feet . The front desk guy(can't remember name)was kind and let us...
