We are a family of five and were visiting Europe on a budget. I was given one room for the five of us which saved us quite a bit of money. We had a room by the front desk but it was pretty quiet until checkout started at 9:30. They had a great homemade breakfast that they kept open for...

The front desk staff are a positive. However, I had the misfortune of being placed in Room 21: the noisiest hotel room I have ever experienced. Right next to the corridor door at the top of the stairs, you hear every guest arrive back late at night: and from about 7:30 you hear them coming to breakfast, queuing up right...

This is a beautiful little hotel located a few steps away from the old center and the Cathedral. The staff was very friendly and cordial and they all spoke English. The room was spacious with a very well equipped bathroom. The room and all other sections of the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was perfect and abundant. For all those...

This hotel was excellent - the building internals are a little dated but this shouldn't disuade you from staying. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, helpful and accomodating (staying late till 11pm as we were running late for check in). The jaguar on the bed was an interesting suprise when we walked in the room. The breakfast was excellent (one...

The upside here is Managers of this hotel speak excellent english and understand what service means. This is a great break from Paris. The breakfast i thought was quite good. The downside is that it is very expensive for a basic hotel. We stayed in a room below ground. The beds and pillows were a bit lumpy. The water temperature...

I had a hard time reserving an hotel room bc of the 70th anniversary of D-Day. (we were there about 10 days later). When I got to the hotel and saw the room, I felt as if I was back in a college dorm - the walls are thin, the rooms are somewhat bare... However, the people were very friendly...

We stayed here for two night on our way home from our holidays in France in order to explore the Normandy beaches. We couldn't have asked to stay in a better place. Believe all you read about the breakfast.. All pastries made fresh that morning and enough choice and food to keep you going until dinner... And that's saying something...

We stayed two nights in a lovely family room with five beds accommodating two adults and three children. Our girls love animal toys so were very impressed to find a large tiger on one of their beds! Staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, and the hotel is ideally placed - a short walk from the...

My husband and I stayed here in early August. Bayeux is a perfect base from which to see the surrounding Normandy area: the WWII memorials and beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, the Bayeux Tapestry, etc. The hotel was reasonably priced. Parking was available at the hotel for 10 Euro per day, though they were quick to tell you that there was a...

This is a three star hotel that we chose from a small list suggested to us by our travel agent. We looked it up on Trip Advisor and it seemed like a pleasant place to stay. We were not disappointed. The hotel is not large, but this should be seen as a good thing. It has a nice, family atmosphere....
