This was my tweets visit to this lovely hotel. The staff are always so welcoming and in the rare event of a problem staff are always quickly available to rectify the situation. Rooms are a good size and the kitchen allows flexibility for eating. Plenty of variety and quality restaurants locally if needed. The beds are so comfortable that I'm... More

This hotel is very modern and in a great location. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was a nice size. We had a small kitchen with everything we needed. They do offer breakfast for a charge but we didn't try it. They don't have a restaurant but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff was... More

Large apartment had a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and loads of storage. Microwave, dishwasher and fridge available. Much more space than we were expecting, very clean and well presented. Local was a bit quiet on the day we stayed and there wasn't much open but we were only there for one night. Would have liked to have stayed for longer... More

I always give a truthful review both the good and bad so here goes. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel car park and it might be helpful if there was a sign, saying that the car park was large with a good surface and we were a large group of bikers so that was very good. It... More

Ideal location just off the city centre with a good sized, comfortable living room, large bedroom and walk-in shower. The French don't seem to have any concept of what a less than fully abled traveler needs and this bathroom too had a smooth ceramic tiled floor, slippery when wet.

Nightmare hotel. The staff is confused, we got the wrong key (turned out somebody else was in our room), then got the new room, no electricity in the room(?).... move to another room, couldn't open the door, move to another room and so on (booked a room overlooking the street-canal on the 3th floor instead got a room facing a... My partner & I stayed here for 3 days on our return driving trip from Malta. It was so relaxing and refreshing after our long journey. The studio apartment was the perfect size, with everything we needed from a nice size bathroom to a fully equipped kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and although the apartment was beside a busy street,... More

We had an apartment with a separate bedroom, and kitchen/living room with 2 single beds. The bedroom bed was two singles pushed together. Apartment was clean and kitchen was well-supplied with dishwasher, cook top, microwave, kettle and sink. Building has an on-site laundry with coin-operated washer and dryer. Very friendly staff.

The Apart Hotel is well equipped with excellent kitchen equipment including a dish washer, the bed comfortable, rooms generally clean, staff mostly friendly although a couple of them could have been a bit more helpful, short ten to fifteen minute walk to town. The area is quiet and located next to the canal, but unfortunately this does attract a few... More

Took an apartment with double room and lounge that had sofa that turned into two single beds. Very close to city centre with plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Could have done with being a bit cleaner, beds and sheets were fine, but generally could have been mopped/dusted a little more. 15-20 minute drive from Ouistreham ferry terminal
