This hotel provides very good value for what it offers. It is a convenient location to walk into the central part of Rouen. We stayed for two nights in a large room with a very comfortable bed, quality bathroom, and good lighting. They offer an excellent breakfast at 12 euros. There is secure parking on site for 6 euros a...

Great accommodation with very friendly host. Close to Mt Saint Michael and Dinan. Ideal location for various day tours. Host doesn't speak much English but we managed to have a conversation via computer translation.

Hotel is charming, and the room was a good size. However I was surprised that a 3 star hotel didn't have an elevator. This was a problem as I was vacationing with my 82 yr old mother. The location is deceptive: it's already a bit outside of the tourist sights, but it's also at the top of a hill: about...

If you don't mind a hike uphill from the train station, and an even longer trek to sights in the historic part of Rouen, this hotel is a good choice for the price. Rooms are clean and spacious and include a refrigerator and coffeemaker. The hotel is on a very busy road, but the air conditioner is quiet and efficient,...

The hotel is situated up a steep hill with a narrow access the the car park at the rear. A great hotel with an enormous bedroom but very chic and interesting. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, especially the lychees. The staff were vvery friendly and it was only upon departing that we realised that it was a Logis Hotel -...

The room we stayed in was on the second floor on the front of the hotel. The street noise was loud, like there was no window. The room was nice and large. could do with a good dusting Bathroom has a large shower. The walls are thin , you can hear people eat and talk in the room next door....

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Ermitage Bouquet is a good value. the rooms are large, though a bit tired looking. the bathrooms are modern..The stairways are wide making carrying baggage upstairs more managable than many small hotels. The breakfast was decent aand worked for us since we had an early departure. The short walk to the center of Rouen...

We have stayed at the Ermitage twice now with young children and each time has been a lovely experience for our family. It is not a five star hotel or a franchise chain (which is a good thing) and if you are looking for an authentic experience in Rouen the Ermitage is an excellent choice. Breakfast is also very good...

Our room was advertised as a suit but it turned out that the second room which connected main bedroom to the bathroom held a put you up bed and a desk with two chairs (ideal I suppose if I wanted to work instead of being on holiday). Their idea of luxury was to have a jacuzzi bath but there was...

We arrived after a longish drive from Dijon. We were advised that we could not arrive before 4pm we actually arrived about 3pm and thought we could leave the car and come back later to check in. We discovered by phoning the hotel number that all access to the hotel through the huge wooden doors is by key card only....
