We stayed here for one night as a stop over on our journey to the South of France. We had had a nightmare with ferries but the staff were really understanding with our late arrival and pointed us in the direction of where to go for a late dinner. The rooms, while small, are very comfortable and clean, perfect for...

It was not the nicest day of the year for weather but the welcome and assistance received made us feel very welcome. We had an economy room which is not large as we knew from the description but it was clean well appointed and had all we needed. Breakfast was good and we would certainly stay there again.

There is always that delicious smell of freshly baked cake when I arrive after a hard days-work, and the array of breads and jams, even the famous "Rillettes" for breakfast, and of course the bedrooms that are so well appointed, clean and comfortable. I wish all hotels I stayed at offered such a high quality of service with amazing value!...

Just what was needed, an easy to find, well located (near the main station and tram lines) smart inexpensive overnight stop. Very clean and efficient staff both on arrival and at breakfast. A short walk to the unexpectedly interesting old town with one or two cool bars and the somewhat quirky L'omeletterie! Overall Hotel le C' exceeded our expectations.

Ideal for a modest overnight stop. Extremely friendly staff who recommended a really good restaurant in the old town (definitely worth a visit). Good to have secure overnight parking but you need to book it in advance. Very good breakfast.

Travelling down through France we had booked Le Charleston as a quick stopover. It did the job and it was very clean and well presented. We were unfortunately running very late for check in so having rang at around 7pm, the concierge kindly informed us that he would leave the key on the side and gave us the code for...

Nice city centre hotel with a good welcome. Car parking was pre booked an easy to get in and out of for a French underground hotel car park. Nice simple room with bath and shower, very comfortable, sadly no air con so warm until storm. Would stay agin if in Le Mans

We stopped at this lovely 1920/30s themed hotel for one night on route back from the south of France. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. The room was hot but a fan was in the room already which was perfect. We did book breakfast as we were told there was an...

Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but asked for parking on booking and not available when we arrived only 11 spaces and 30 plus rooms so had to pay to leave it on the street, not the end of the world but area a little bit questionable. My biggest problem was the room, tiny and far to hot a...

Hello Justin, Thank you for having shared your experience in our hotel. I totally agree with you. When it's 37 Celcius degrees outside, it is still hot inside. I'm sorry you couldn't get a parking space. We do have 11 spaces which is not ridiculous downtown. But at this period of the year it's better to book at least 1...

We stopped in this place on route to the South of France. It is located in Central Le Mans. Very reasonable price. The car park is underneath the Hotel and is limited to 1.9 Metres head room, parking is tight in space, probably due to the increase in size of the modern car. This is charged separately. The hotel rooms...
