The hotel is OK if you get a reasonable deal. Its about 20 minutes to walk into town. The hotel has gated parking and there is some housing next door that is not too salubrious, so it was good to note the gate was kept shut. The room was basic but clean. People in reception were helpful and friendly. The... More

I would like to start this review by saying that this was the first time that I stayed at an Ibis Budget hotel. The hotel is in a nice location and it has a good sized car park. We just stayed one night whilst travelling around the Provence. Rooms are very basic but clean and tidy. Staff is great!

If you're looking just to stop and sleep, this is perfect. Bedroom was clean enough and beds were confy. It has a big swimming pool outside and a free refill of teas downstairs. WIFI worked fine. Breakfast is extra. Not quaint but absolutely fine for a budget hotel Few minutes by car and you are in centre of Arles, however... More

The area next door is not that inviting and the compound is gated for security. It's a 15 minute walk into Arles. The room was like a funky cell lock; perfectly clean but nothing like the nice IBIS budget at Sarlat. It is located next to IBIS shires and their breakfast was amazing. Ours was very average. Ok for super... More

We are frequent Ibis customers as they tend to supply good value for money and you usually know what to expect. This hotel however was a big disappointment. Location is on the outskirts of Arles; very convenient for a stopover by car. The parking is free with plenty of space, but there stop the positve things. The reception was unfriendly. The... More

yes I know, Ibis could work a bit better on the hotel structure. Having said that rooms are fine and breakfast service at disposal, The swimming pool comes handy for a refresh and you're in Arles in min.

The first room we were given was a bit stinky, but staff was very helpful and gave a new room straight away. Rooms are small, basic decoration, however room was clean. Good location and staff is professional and helpful. Would stay here again.

It's my second trial for ibis budget and this one is really a good one you are sharing facilities with ibis style which is really a bargain. The hotel rooms are equipped with basics, rooms don't have safe though they usually have in other budget hotels. The room is very clean and the bathroom too. This hotel is having a... More

The only negative is the location...if this was closer to the city/old town this would be superb. I know it's only about 1 km, but it's impossible getting a cab back later in the night and to be honest it's a dodgy walk. Ok....the great things. Cost is great. We stay in Ibis a lot and this was no doubt... More

There was no airco in the room. Leaving the window open was'nt an option because of traffic noise from the motorway. It was convenient located for walking to the museum and to the city along the Rhone. There was an 24hr reception and a controlled gate exit to the car parking.
