The staff at the check in - in particular the manger on duty was outrages. Thee hotel is unfit if you arrive with a car - you can not even legally park for unloading the car. The public parking adds another 30 Euro for the night. Very noisy room. The elevator is old and most of the time not working.

Very good location, room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. However, doors to the room and the bathroom were thin and making quite a bit of noise while closing. Staff were friendly but not very good with English. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

Great location, cleaning was very good, breakfast very good as well. Noise from the street was only bad thing, very noisy whole night. I can recommend this hotel for the stay in Nice region specially for the travelers around Cote d'Azur

Location was great, very close to pretty much everything, beautiful for short stay. Even though i read not so good comments about bathrooms, we though that the bathroom was very nice and clean. Rooms facing the street very loud with a lot of street noise. Breakfast buffet basic but very good

Pop-art filled , newly renovated older hotel with attractive yet somewhat impractical rooms, Bed was great but did not leave a lot of space One side was too tight to get out of bed without bumping into chair which, in turn, could not be pulled out to sit in (we noticed other guests put it out in the hall) More...

Quite nice hotel in the very centre of Nice. Polite and friendly staff. Room was small, but fine for a short stay. WC was too small and inconvenient. Even though many TripAdvisor travellers complain on dramatic changes in water temperature (either too hot or too cold), I didn't notice anything like that - the water was warm and good for...

Close to everything. Only 10 minute walk to bus or train station, old town, place Garibaldi, promenade de anglais, etc. Superior rooms with king size double beds are decent in size and located on the back side. So no street noise but overall sound proofing could be better between rooms. Breakfast buffet is just basic but still ok. Friendly staff...

Very nice and frendly Hotel. Location is nearly midle of the town. Breakfast was quite good but not any vegetables. The Rooms was small but enought for two person. Bathroom was clean and simpy. Easy to walk any comon tarfic places. In the nigt time little noice disturb. The insulation of voice between the rooms should be better.

What a great little hotel - the location is perfect for touring and wandering. It's about 10 minute saunter to the promenade and the beach and even closer to old town. Tons of restaurants right outside the door of the hotel as well as in old town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The train to...

Unassuming hotel, great location 2 blocks off the Place Massena and 10 minute walk to the old town and the Promenade des Anglais. Reception on the 1st floor but a lift from the ground floor. Very polite and helpful staff, breakfast available if needed. Free wifi, the concierge explains how to access it. Very comfortable bed, housekeeping every day. 3...
