In short: the Hotel Suisse is probably worthwhile if you care most about location and view; however, do not expect quality service or modern amenities. Because of some service issues particular to our experience (detailed below), we will not return to this hotel or recommend...More
Loved the ocean front view. Stunning overlook of the ocean. The property is contemporary , modern and sleek. Convenient to everything in Nice. We enjoyed the
beach club access as well. Breakfast was a little disappointing, food ran low often and only one poor server...More
We stayed here for just one night prior to boarding our cruise ship. We booked a privilege room. We absolutely loved our room. Views to die for over the whole of the Nice beaches and promenade. Walking distance to all the restaurants and city streets...More
We chose this lovely little hotel on the strength of a Tripadvisor review and had a lovely stay.
It is far from being a glitzy, smart hotel, in fact it is quite the opposite: small, quiet, slightly scruffy in that characterful, French way, but for...More
We had a suite on the 4th floor. Wow! It was great to have a view of the coastline as well as the water. We used the sun chairs on the balcony a couple of nights and watched all the activity below. The rooms were...More

Hello. We had a car, too, and parked it in a municipal garage, "Parking Sulzer" and in an open municipal lot, "Parking Phare". Sulzer [around 27 Euros for 24 hours] is four or five blocks away to the west, just off the Promenade des Anglais, and Phare [30 Euros] is round the corner to the east, quite close by. Affordable? Not really, but they're very well organized, and I quickly recognized that it just wasn't worth it to waste time hunting for street parking in the old city. Enjoy your trip!
