Very nice and clean hotel. Reception is nice, very friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi is not that great, need to log in constantly. The location though is prefect. Near the old town and near the shopping area. At night there are enough restaurants just around the corner, f.I. La massera, Italian food. The beach it's very close, so jump in...

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel de Suede. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Room and bathroom clean, Nice selection for breakfast which is served on the 5th floor in an airy and clean breakfast room. Very close to Promenade des Anglais and handy for all transport links

A spotlessly clean hotel situated in the city centre and just one street back from the Boulevard des Anglais. Staff are very pleasant, we have stayed at this hotel 5 times and to get to it from the airport, you just hop on Bus 98 and it drops you off just a stones throw across the Albert 1st gardens.

Just returned from our second stay at the hotel. Reception staff very professional and helpful. Our room was superb - excellent bathroom, air con, plenty of storage space and spotless. Breakfast has a varied choice of hot and cold food which should cover all tastes. Location is ideal for visiting the main tourist areas. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed here for a Romantic weekend break. The hotel is perfectly positioned for the Promenade Des Anglais, the old town and in walking distance of the station if you fancy heading to Cannes or Monte Carlo for the day (which we did). It is also extremely close to a great row of restaurants and coffee shops - all more...

Title says it all really. Location couldn't be faulted, steps to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Room was clean, basic, had working air con which meant we could keep the window closed at night to block out the noise from the street below. Staff were friendly with good English. Didn't have breakfast as there was a lovely artisan bakers just...

Very nice location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. Clean room, small bathroom, safebox available. Very helpful staff. Free wifi but it goes off frequently and we had to login each time. We were located at the 2nd floor so it was a bit noisy in the morning and at night due to street noise. The last day...

Nice hotel well situated in central Nice. 150m to the beach and bars/restaurants just outside. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Good bed. Locker for valuables. Free Wifi, but got thrown out quickly which called for a lot of logins. Bathroom was nice but could have had more hooks to hang up towels on. A heater...

I stayed in a triple room for three nights. The room was quite clean, with modern décor (although the brown carpet made the room look older). When you enter the room, you could smell a sort of floral scent from the air con, which at first was off-putting, but I could get used to it during the end of my...
