My fiancée and I stayed there for 3 nights from the 24 to 26 June 2012. This is a 3 star hotel but rated quite highly on trip advisor. The location is perfect - only 5 min walk to the main shopping and cafe/restaurant area, 10min to the beach and 10min to the old town. The laundromat is just a... More

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June. Considering we were there during peak holiday season on the French Riviera, the hotel was very affordable for our budget. The hotel is centrally located in Nice, only a couple of minutes away from Old Town Nice, the main shopping area & the main beach. The hotel is on... More

We stayed for 5 nights & thought it excellent value for money. New bathroom, with hair dryer, spotlessly clean, TV, free wifi, dble glazed windows so very quiet, new carpet & friendly, helpful staff. Easy walking distance to beach, train, buses to Monaco, Villefranche, Etc. Supermarket around the corner, old town just 5 minutes walk away. Would definately stay again... More

We stayed in standard room and it was horrible, dark and depressing, the floor was crooked and old carpet. The bathroom was very small and did not enter more than one pessoa.Podemos find better rooms for the same price and identical location. But the staff are gently and helpful

We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to beach, public transportation, restaurants, bars and "old town". Rooms are dated, but they seem to be in the midst of making some renovations. I've read some rooms have new bathrooms. Our 2 night stay was made more pleasant by having a terrace off our room. The furnishings are dated,... More

The room had a stale smell. The bed was not comfortable. The toilet was right in front when you open the room and you have to go past it to get inside the room. There was not enough leg-space in front of the toilet seat - very awkward. However, the room had a high ceiling - so at least it... More

For the price this is a good place to spend the night. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was pretty small, though. The shower and sink were brand new. The hotel is within walking distance of the old part of town.

The hotel is in an excellent location (tram beach city old town all within easy walking distance) staff helpful and friendly. I booked a superior room and I found it more than adequate for our needs particularly for the price I paid. I have stayed at a number of hotels in Nice of similar standard and this represents good value... More

I have stayed in a lot of budget hotels over the years and this was one of the worst. It looks very dirty inside and my room at least was so strangely set up, the bathroom was in the bedroom, with the shower next to the bed - it was odd and unpleasant. The bed was terrible. That being said,... More
