Situated just by the main streets full of restaurants the Hotel Royal Bon Repos is ideally located just behind the little church in Sainte Maxime. We rented a first floor apartment with balcony, kitchen and en-suite bathroom so that we could lunch in St. Tropez, Ste. Maxime or elsewhere and then return to our retreat for an evening snack meal...

Even with a GPS it is a little hard to find. Up a very small street and some metres off the road. Need to look for the signs. We drove into the car park as the gate was open. The gate then shut and we couldn't get out off the car park. There is a fingerprint security pad system so...

Once again we have enjoyed our stay in St. Maxime. The warm welcome from Virginie ensured we had an excellent week at the hotel. Alexandra, with her ready smile made sure we had all we needed and the ladies who looked after our room did a great job. The view from our balcony (first floor, room 15) across to St....

This hotel was perfect for us; really good location and nice rooms. Slightly difficult to find (look for a logo at a gate) but a pearl when you find it. Rooms a quiet and the hotel has its own parking. The one concern you may have is that there is no elevator so if you have problems with that ask...

Booked here last minute as a previous booking was horrendous. And I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Excellent location, wonderful owner who was very welcoming, immaculate boutique hotel. Breakfast was delicious and bar area with pool table is nice for relaxing. Excellent for business or a weekend with the other half.

Sometimes it pays off to read reviews of other people, sometimes it doesn't. But in the case of Royal Bon Repos I was so much pleased that my expectations were actually exceeded. This small hotel is one of the most charming and pleasant hotels I have ever visited. The friendliness of the personnel is noteworthy, the quality of breakfasts is...

We have visited Cote d'Azur many times. We stayed in different hotels, and this one was so far the best experience. Better than we had in more expensive, more famous and larger hotels. Their key advantage is personal touch. The family that runs the hotel takes care of you in the best possible way. They are really nice people! Some...

Went to Southern France for our honeymoon, staying the first four nights in Hotel Royal Bon Repos in Sainte Maxime, and then going to Nice for the rest of the trip. We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Royal Bon Repos. The site is beautiful, clean and cozy. We had a ground level room with an amazing patio that was...

This is a lovely, cosy, friendly hotel situated in a great location! however to give a totally fair review i should mention both the pro's and con's about this place. It was our second time around in Hotel Royal Bon Repos. The first time we were amazed by the wonderful welcome and great hospitality etc etc etc. This time it was the same. We got our "old" room back, they remembered, and again we had a great time staying there. The hotel has a unique location. Close, very close, to...
