Problems that we had with this holiday site occurred immediately on our arrival. Our party consisted of six adults and two children, aged 19 months and 5 years. We arrived in the vicinity of the site at 10.30 p.m. and found that the site was not clearly signposted. Moreover, the directions that we were provided with on collection of the...

We arrived late at this resort, because of flights, and although we had arranged this in advance, spent 1 hour first trying to get into the gated area (not well marked, gate code incorrect) and then finding our apartment as there was no-one to meet us. The apartment was dreadful - we even looked for somewhere else to go the...

I have visited this development a number of times and would recommend it as a base to explore the South of France. There is a nice pool and the development is quite quiet as each building is spaced away from others. It is about a mile from the centre of St. Maxime so may not be suitable for people with...

Very well located and safe residence, apartement clean and quiet. Not well declared, what all is included in the rental price. You need a sheet for the bed: 34€, end of stay cleanup 56€ etc. Pool is for free, and also wifi (but wifi connection just 10m around the reception!!!), no toilet paper, no laundry (you have to wash in...

Dear Sir/Madam, We thank you for your review, as your comments are useful to us in order to help ensure clearer information is given to all clients. We are pleased that, overall, the residence suited you. The extra costs for linen and TV hire are quite common in French self catering units and this information is well noted on the...

Dirty, noisy, no fans (we were assured otherwise by cottages4you), cramped. Furniture tatty and dirty. Buildings falling apart. We had booked for 2 weeks but only stayed for 1. Could be lovely with money invested and maybe just two apartments per building as opposed to four. However, the dual carriage way is so close so will always be noisy and...

Dear Sir/Madam, We regret that your stay in our residence was not up to your expectations, nor up to the level we hope to provide our guests. You should know that we take note of the comments of each of our clients, and we have planned a good inter-season ‘spring clean’ to ensure a higher service in the future and...

a very pleasant stay overall... Very convenient location if you want to travel around the cote d'azur. The hotel was very well presented and the staff were helpful. It would be even better if there were animations in the hotel and a laundrette. Overall, great location and staff!

We booked this property via the Cresta company, through our local Co-op Travel Agent. We were attracted to it because the brochure showed it as having 20 apartments and we like the smaller places. However, when we arrived, we were booked into apartment 193! We had travelled by train from a stay in Paris and caught a taxi from the...

This is a somehow older Holiday Park next to the dual carriageway between Ste Maxime and Le Muy. Bungalows on the first row next to the main road will surely suffer from traffic noise, we however had an apartment on the 2nd row and did not suffer from this. The comfort in the apartment is ok, but the enhancements are...

“Other reviewers suggest asking to be near the centre, away from dual carriageway. If you must choose this resort, that's probably a good idea, but we had no noise problems.”
Sheri_and_Mike, 20 Sep 2014 | Read review
“McDonalds is within walking distance of the development, has wifi, outdoor seating and is generally a good place to go if you arrive late and can't get to the supermarket.”

“If possible, book close to the centre, so you're away from the main road. (It forms a boundary on one side and, although quieter at night than by day, would have been a noise nuisance had we been obliged to keep windows open at night.”
