Had an amazing time at Sezz! While i've been lucky to try most of the top hotels around St Tropez i must say Sezz is definitely the place to stay if you want to enjoy a relaxing time with first class service a bit away from the noisy crowd but yet with a very central location
The staff is great, dedicated, efficient and so kind - which was particularly appreciated in such an unprecedented summer ... i must also say i felt so safe at Sezz as all the staff was so committed to sticking to health and safety best practices to protect hotel's guests
Special thanks in particular for the amazing concierge service provided by Maxim and Lloris with so much dedication, kindness and flexibility - so much appreciated ! And to Jeremy at the bar for his energy and the best espresso martini in town:)
Last but not least food was so good at restaurant Colette that i finally had dinner their several times ! Again staff was so nice and accommodating with all my guests - from kids to friends... that everybody wanted to come back again

My friend and I spent 4 lovely days at Hotel Sezz and had an overall amazing experience. The property was beautiful, staff was kind and attentive (from the front desk to housekeeping and bellhops), and the rooms were in great condition. Maxime the concierge was incredible, he was the standout of our stay - patient, lovely demeanor, and made incredible recommendations.
Some examples of why this wasn't 5 star for us: I’m disappointed that we were never informed of the complimentary breakfast at check-in, we would have loved that and felt very cheated by missing out on it while paying the high rate we did. A few room suggestions would be some technology updates - no outlets directly by bed, poor lighting, and remote/TV challenges. The beach/town shuttle service was a great touch and the hotel also arranged for taxis directly when shuttles weren’t running, which was also helpful. Overall great experience with a few things we’d change for next time.

Hotel Sezz is perfection. We absolutely loved our stay (6 days); we could not think of one thing we would change.
The rooms are gorgeous (and large), the pool area/pool itself are beautiful, the food and cocktails by the pool are delicious. We also had dinner at the Michelin star restaurant on site (Colette) and it was one of our absolute favourite meals of our trip.
Almost more impressive is the service here - every single person is friendly, incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Maxime, the concierge, is so delightful and charming, and he helped us throughout our stay - he offered impeccable service all the way. Truly, all of the staff are fabulous.
We had a fantastic time at this hotel; we can't say enough good things.
We will definitely return again in the future!

After staying in this Hotel for few Nights and chilling by the Pool, I can say that the rooms are okay, the pool is nice, and the Stuff is amazing... The Connection and the WiFi is really slow! It can take up to 5 min to sent one single e-mail! After all my grade is so low because the food that's served next to the pool and for lunch in the Restaurant Colette is really unedable to the point where people started going to pick up their food from other restaurants in town! It's a real shame for a 5 stars Hotel... Room Service food is heated up pasta which is really a joke for this price category of Rooms!

We are quite surprised to read your comment concerning the food quality of our restaurant Colette managed by our Michelin star Chef Philippe Colinet. Indeed, it is always difficult facing a surrealistic situation such as when a guest is complaining that we added truffle in his “croque-monsieur” while we do not have any truffle in the house and that it was only ham with herbs. I assume that you are not familiar with the original “croque-monsieur” recipe, truffle flavors and with hand-made dishes in general. We were visiting for my daughter's 18th birthday two friends and my two daughters, so we got both rooms next to each other, my daughter's with a plunge pool. In total I paid £3135 for 2 nights. On arrival bear in mind you can't access the room until 3pm, we had lunch by the pool which was basic at best, the cocktails are really bad, we found them undrinkable. My daughter's room was ready at 2pm, and mine at 3pm. Walking into the room was just disappointing, which I don't mind but the outside area was filthy the plunge pool was also dirty, we had to ask twice for someone to come clean the outside area. I have attached pictures. There was some serious issues with ants, not just one or two but so bad I had to ask people to come with spray. All over the corners in the bathroom and 3 times we found lizards in the bathroom. On our second day we had been out all day until 5pm, it was only then that cleaners decided it was the appropriate time to clean our room. So the toilet is in a separate room, no sink, you have to go to the main bathroom to wash your hands which I find bizarre, there is a big space for outside showers but with all the bugs and ants everywhere I wouldn't risk it, seems such a huge waste of space. There is also gravel everywhere which just gets in your shoes and then walked into the room seems like such a bad choice for flooring in this location. Breakfast was slim pickings, it has the potential to offer an amazing selection but we found it definitely lacking in choice. Saying this however, the staff were amazing, concierge was absolutely spot on with his recommendation. The spa was very cute and very clean. The drivers for shuttles to take you in and out of town were lovely and very helpful. The staff on reception were trying their best. I wouldn't go back to this hotel but I'd definitely stay again in Saint tropes it was an incredible destination.

We are happy to read that our staff was amazing, and that you have enjoyed our Spa. We hope that you daughter has appreciated the special gift we have offered (the massage) for her 18th birthday and that you were also happy with the late check-out we have offered exceptionnaly. We are sorry for the inconvenience during your arrival but as most hotels in Saint-Tropez the check-in time is 4pm as it is also mentionned on all our confirmations. That is why you could not have the rooms before that time. However, we were able to offer you one room at 2:30pm and the second at 4pm. Indeed we have done our best to give you satisfaction and also avoid a long wait. We are very sorry for the dirty plunge pool, the ants and the lizards. Our hotel is in the middle of the nature, with gardens around, and it sometimes happens that we have some surprises like this, even if we clean the room. And our team has done the necessary to come and handle quickly. We regret that you have not appreciated the welcome drink and the buffet breakfast, and globally the style of the hotel (with space and gravels). Hôtel Sezz is by far the best choice of hotels in St. Tropez. We have been going there for a few years now and always go back. The staff are always friendly, especially the excellent bar staff and restaurant staff being able to work around food allergies and intolerances to help make sure everything is ok. They even take time out of their busy days to help improve my French. The shuttle service makes going to and from the beach and town super easy, the valet and bellhops are always asking how your day was, asking if there is anything they can do, and even managed to crack a few jokes. Maxime and Yannick at the concierge are always smiling, friendly, and ready to answer any question. All around a highly recommended hotel and place to stay. Great atmosphere and amazing people. We stayed at the Hotel Sezz for 7 nights end of June, beg. July 2020 and we enjoyed it a lot. Beautiful, stylish design, great location and wonderful staff - everyone very friendly and helpful/professional at any time. The pool area is amazing with lots of space, comfortable sunbeds and perfect pool bar service!
Also the Concierge and the guys running the shuttle bus service were just great and did everything possible to make you feel welcome, special and appreciated.
The rooms are very nice (minimalistic style though) spacious, clean and especially the outdoor shower was a highlight.
The whole hotel is very well maintained and in very good condition.

Just had a 3 night stay here. Free valet parking on arrival, complimentary welcome cocktail by the pool as we waited for our room to be ready to check in to, which they managed an hour ahead of the 4pm check-in time.
Manon at reception was very personable, friendly and polite.
Room was large, bathroom very large and our private pool/garden area generous in size.
Yannick the concierge was fantastic. He's definitely earned his Golden Keys.
One highlight was the 'shuttle service' into town and the beach clubs. Typically this means a mini-bus at most hotels but not Hotel Sezz. It is literally a 7 seater deluxe van ready and waiting to transport you free of charge whenever you wish to go, and privately. Adrian our valet/driver pretty much took us on every trip in and out of town and was a really nice guy. Every time we called for a pick up back to the hotel, they always arrived within 10 minutes of our call. Very good service.
The only negatives in my opinion was that twice staff passed through our private pool area/garden unannounced. There (to my knowledge) also aren't any doorbells or buzzers at the front door to alert to the staff arriving to service the rooms, so on two more occasions we looked up to see staff peering through our front door to see if we were there or not. A little unusual for a hotel of this quality. There also was no Smart TV (that I could see) so unusual again for a hotel like this not to have access to streaming services/Sky TV etc. This side of things did seem a little 'dated' although that said, I could have been doing something wrong.
Communal pool area great and we would have been most happy here without the need to have booked a villa with a private pool as it wasn't overcrowded. Love reading in the compendium that if guests 'claim' a sun lounge and don't use it for 20 minutes then the hotel reclaim it. I have never seen this before but think it's great and stops the notorious travellers who stake their claim first thing in the morning then spend hours elsewhere, before returning to their sun lounges much later in the day. Good initiative Hotel Sezz.

Nice hotel, well located away from the bizz but near enough to easily access the beach clubs and St Tropez town.
We stayed four nights. Unfortunately breakfast felt like a chore; they were very understaffed so the tables were not laid or cleared away as efficiently as you would expect. Also felt the service around the pool for drinks could have been more attentive. We also had to ask for toiletries to be replenished in our bathroom on two occasions. Overall an average experience however the staff were all very friendly and helpful when available.

Its a mixed review for this boutique hotel. The service led by a truly excellent concierge team, Maxime and Yannick gave us a wonderful experience for our first trip in wonderful Saint Tropez. We also want to mention the great service from the front door, breakfast and swimming pool team. What lets this hotel down is the room design which is quite strange having toilet and bathroom separate from each other, and room furniture which is not of a quality that you would expect from the price of the hotel. Overall, the team saves the experience however the hotel does not live up from a value perspective.

Thank you for the interest shown in Sezz Saint-Tropez.
it is only forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and interior common areas.
You cans smoke in the terrace and garden of the room, also on the terrace of the bar and restaurant and same for the pool.

We close our doors on Sunday the 7th at noon. So we will be opened for the duration of your stay.
All the main beach clubs will be open too. Your stay will be during the regatta "Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez" where you can see the most beautiful modern and classic yachts in the world.
