Hmmmm, it's ok if you are on a very very tight budget. The rooms are old and a bit smelly. They don't seemed to keep them properly, like the door handle of the washroom was broken, the beds are not made, so you have to make the bed yourself. The washrooms have a terrible layout. The toilet is so close...

Stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of April with friends. We booked 2 rooms between the 4 of us at a cost of around 70 Euros per night which is a good price for the location. The rooms were small but perfectly comfortable. TV worked fine, air con/heating all fine. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Noise levels fairly...

This is the second time that I stay at this hotel. The first time was with my family and now it was with a group of friends. On both occasions I found this little hotel just great. The rooms are comfortable and clean and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely positioned for the station...

Have been a member of ACCOR group for ages now, but have never experienced anything like that. Location is indeed pretty good, took us ard 15 mins walking from Central Station and ard same to the city center/old harbor area. But here all the advantages are over. Room was super dirty, hair was everywhere in the bathroom, like everywhere. Shower...

I just stayed one night on May 2 and I asked for an early wake-up call at 6.45h. I prepaid my night including the breakfast. The wake-up was not made and I waked up by myself. I quickly picked a crescent at the buffet and a cup of coffee leaving the cup roughly full as I swallowed just some drops...

Hi, We are very sorry for this mistake, it actually never happened before that the alarm clock doesn't work. In this case, please contact the hotel for a commercial gesture. Sorry again for this, we will do anything for it never to happen again. Regards,

Hotel is in a good location for the harbour area - only 5 min walk. Tram stop just round the corner. 10 minute walk to train/bus station. Room was on the top floor. Nice views over the rooftops to the harbour area. Tight squeeze through the door into the room. Bathroom was small and could do with being updated. Couldn't...

We had booked the Ibis in the Vieux Port area, we didn't know the area but found the Hotel but the parking was difficult outside. I asked inside the Hotel where their car park was and they told me it was public parking (I missed this when booking). I wasn't very pleased because I was going to meet up with...

A very standard hotel. My bed was comfy, and the location is really good - about a 5 minute walk to the Vieux Port, which seemed to be the hub of the city. Those are the main things that mattered to me! The reception staff were friendly. For the negatives - my the desk in my room was really tiny...

This is a dime a dozen hotel. Good to lie down your head and sleep, but no thrills or whistles. Easy access to public transport (within 5 minutes walk, you can get to all the main lines) Room was rather small, but clean. As was the bathroom. The only strange thing was the position of the tap in the shower,...

I am quite a fan of the Novotel group (of which the Ibis chain is part), and usually stay at the London Heathrow Novotel or Ibis when travelling on business. This was the first time I've stayed in an Ibis on a short break, and found this hotel both extremely convenient, clean, well run, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent....
