In the heart of town shopping area, perfect location for tourist purposes, near all sites. Walking distance from station, however without big suitcase. Lady and young man at reception both friendly and helpful. We were given a city map which showed walking tours which we followed, very useful since we didn't prepare our visit beforehand. I recommend it and would...

Hotel Saint Ferreol is situated on the corner of Rue Saint Ferreol and Rue Pisancon, pedestrian streets in the centre of the city. From here, most of the attractions are within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel occupies the upper part of the building above the shops at street level. Entrance to the hotel is from Rue Pisancon, up a...

A cute cosy hotel located off the main shopping street and less than a 10 minute walk to the old port - how can you go wrong?! The rooms are bit on the small side but if you know that going into your stay then you aren't disappointed when you walk in. There are a ton of restaurants around and...

As many other reviewers have said, the location of this cute little hotel is unbeatable, right on the main shopping street and opposite the galerie Lafayette. The whole area is rather small but they have managed to build something that works. As a result, the rooms are also small but you quickly forget about it because everything looks so cosy...

WE stayed in the hotel for only one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. We love Marseille, and we will be back, And definitely we really liked this hotel. Service was excellent, I had made a mistake when making the reservation, that I did not request a two-bed room, but the lady who helped us got a...

When we visited Marseille, my wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street which made it a very quiet place during the nights. The location is close to the Vieux Port where there are many things to see as well as good restaurants. The rooms are very nicely decorated with a good...

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. Perfect location. Helpful staff. Although the room was over the walking street it was well soundproofed, comfortable and clean. We found it cheaper to have breakfast out of the hotel.

We stayed only one night in Marseille but had a wonderful time there. The hotel is great, good location, next to many stores and next to Vieux Port. The room is comfortable and clean, with air conditioner. We would stay there again

Bang in the centre of Marseilles within strolling distance of the port. Hotel Saint Ferreol is quiet, clean, the air-conditioning is efficient and almost silent, the breakfast is good (Continental, coffee, tea, croissant, toast, jam) and the concierge is super nice and helpful. Good value. Perfect. Stayed for business, I would go back to stay for leisure.

Marseille is a nerve-wracking place to drive, so we were plenty frazzled by the time we arrived at the hotel. They kindly allowed us to occupy our room early and carried my small bag when they saw that I was hobbling around with a cane. All the staff that we interacted with were helpful and efficient. The room itself is...
