Booked this hotel with travelocity and was very disappointed. Door was locked when we arrived and neighbor called the phone number Written on door, no answer We finally got in with the help of another customer. WHEN we met the owner later in the evening , hé was very rude and told us he communicates only by text messages. HOTEL...

We stayed in February and I can find nothing good to say about this wretched little hotel. When we arrived we had to wait outside for over two hours before someone with a key let us in. First. images on the net are maybe 10 years ago. Booked there for 2 days. Arrived before 6 pm because I got stuck in traffic for 2 hours. I made a booking error on the 09.06 at 10:45PM and I called the hotel at 10:48PM to change the reservation. My error was on the dates instead of putting from 10th to the 11th, I put from the 09th to the 10th. At 10:52PM, I received an message from the hotel saying that my key would be waiting for...

There was no body at the reception when we arrive and the door was closed. We to made a phone call to the owner and he gave us a code to the door. There is No lift in the hotel. The room was very small and there was no door to the toilets!!! The room was changed after an argument...

I stayed for 5 days in this hotel whilst on the Marcel Pagnol trail, hoping to rediscover the locations mentioned (and seen) in the 'Gloire de mon Pere / Chateau de ma Mere' films.
