Late arrival but nice welcome. My reservation was dutifully recognised and we were given a very large flat: sleeping room with kitchenette, bathroom with tub and second sleeping room with bunk beds, A large balcony could be used for breakfast. That is the dry inventory. If the beds were rather comfortable and the towels clean, the rest was dusty and somewhat...

Stayed there a few years in a row for an extended period of time 3-4months. Great self contained rooms. Across from a great pool/lake centre that offers great fun for families (slides trampolines, coffee shop, playground) the kids love it. The lake offers gorgeous little restaurants with amazing views of the lake and mountain range. Macdonald across the road with...

This place is a disgusting disgrace. Not fit for animals never mind human beings. Arrived late in the evening. Man on the desk on in a rush to get home. We went to the room with a 5 year old who had been travelling all day to find it had been cleaned by somebody who was in BAD need of...

This claims to be a hotel, but from what we experienced, it's not. There was no room service (cleaning, towels etc.) for the whole week, we had to get rid of our trash and also had to buy toilet paper. So basically it's a holiday flat instead of an apartment hotel. Except for that, it's pretty okay - the apartment...

The - points: no tea/coffee bags at arrival; not much storage, so it can be complicated if you come for a long stay; don't forget tea towels (and washing up stuff) if you plan to cook here; noisy fridge in the main room/bedroom, so we had to switch it off at night; parking is £8 a day (I think) so...

A very convenient stop-over aparthotel, we have stayed here twice now. Very good price for a family of 4. Last year we walked out to a restaurant, but this year brought dinner with us, so made for a very economical stay. View of the lake. Apartment clean and tidy, breakfast - good choice and help yourslef buffet.

We have stayed and reviewed the residhotel before. This time however they were rebuilding the swimming pool in front of the hotel (1 tower crane) and also building another new building to the side (another tower crane). they are also increasing the size of the harbour area (lots of building work behind the hotel). So basically at the moment the...

I was a little put off by reviews before booking this apartment, but made a reservation anyway as it was an excellent price and great location. I have to say that this apartment was brilliant. I was staying on my own for 3 nights and then my sister was joining me. It was very modern and had everything you need...

We arrive at 5 pm at the hotel, we leave our things at the hotel and we decided to go out to visit. When we arrive at 7 pm there was no one at the reception, we did not have wi fi and the tv did not work. And the worst thing was that we could not call anyone to...

The location of l'Azurea is great , a minutes walk to the lake and right next to the enterance to the swimming pool, which also leads onto the beach. The view from our balcony was also of the lake which was really nice. However when we first walked into our appartment it was red hot and had a overpowering smell...
