Stayed for one night. Contemporary is the best description for this lovely hotel. Especially comfortable when cold outside as the double sided wood burner in the main seating area is a focal point. Rooms are well equipped and the bathrooms are aesthetically pleasing. As my partner pointed out more than one mirror and a desk/dressing table would be better. Even... More

We were a group of 10 Mountain Rescuers from the UK, carrying out some pre-winter alpine training. The central location of the hotel was excellent, meaning having no transport really didn't matter. It is a 5 minute to either the pedestrian centre of chamonix or the Aig. de Mid telepherique. The hotel itself is clean, well appointed and feels much... More

Event planners - if you're planning a conference here I wouldn't advise it. My organisation spent a week here. It was understaffed and the staff that was rude and stressed out. Conference facilities are run down and in need of repair and food left something to be desired. Rooms, at least, are nice but I found my room wasn't cleaned... More

Design hotel at the center of Chamonix with cozy beds , a wonderful buffet breakfast, great wellness area, view on the Mont Blanc glaciers and helpful friendly staff! Nothing to complain about, we surely would book it again. Had to wait a rainy day long to go to the aguille du midi, we got plenty of suggestions what to do... More

The hotel is well located near the pedestrian precinct of Chamonix. The rooms have stunning views of Mont Blanc. Although they are simply furnished and equipped the rooms are adequate and clean. No aircon on a hot September night though. Good place to stay.

I had an uncertain arrival date into Chamonix, and I was able to get a standard room with great views toward the Mont Blanc Massif last minute without a reservation. The room was spacious, and had a standing shower, which was sufficient for my needs. A fantastic feature in the bathroom is the anti-fog mirror, which is great if you... More

We had a great experience in Chamonix, and staying at this hotel was part of it. It was clean and modern, the food and service at the restaurant was very good, staff was pleasant. We had breakfast every morning and had dinner twice. The room was rather big for European standards, and stylish, and the view from our little balcony... More

This hotel is in a great location; just walk across the street and you are in the pedestrian area; walk a little further and you will be at the tram to go up to the top of the mountains. There are many, many restaurants within walking distance. The room is very large and comfortable and had to have been renovated... More

A last minute change to our accommodation by the travel company turned out to be excellent. The situation was close to the Mont Blanc cable cars and the restaurants and shops. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and newly refurbished. Kettle in the room was unexpected but welcome. Breakfasts were copious and quickly restocked by the staff but two evening meals... More
