We arrived at 22.30 an could not get any bottled water or milk for the baby. The rooms were not cleaned each day and if I wanted them cleaned and fresh towels it was after 4pm when we were resting after skiing and it was to cost 20 euros. We went to breakfast at 9am please note breakfast was till...

Right in the heart of the the vallee. Ski straight from the door, 2 minute walk into town and excellent transport links. Self catering apartments are ok but could do with a bit of updating. Kitchen is small but functional, however combi microwave is not that special. En suite shower smelt musty but probably just needs a good clean. Underground...

Superb place. Lovely one bed, well equipped apartment. Had the most amazing veranda with views of Mont Blanc. Pool was warm. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Not a big problem for us but it's a 10min walk into the centre of Chamonix, though there are some restaurants nearby.

1 bedroom , living area , kitchenette and large bathroom. An excellent layout although being on the ground floor so our "balcon" was more of a terrace area with people walking past. Good facilities , ski lockers , transit room , luggage room etc. The pool is nice enough but an odd shape to do any real swimming. Sauna is...

Rooms are spacious and easily fit 3. Kitchenette is very under equipped. So,if your self catering you may need some utensils. Costumer service is hilariously poor. Cant imagine you could buy a smile. Still well positioned near the main drag.

If you want to stay close to the ski area and oh so enjoy the shopping fun in Chamonix, this is the hotel you should choose. The chalet is comfortable and warm. We do not have a chance to use the pool but we hope we can do it the next time.

No possibility to select , at reservation time, the apartment level or exposition. You may end up with apartment in the lower levels with no view In the positive side the location excellent for families with small kids, just near ski school, view to Mont Blanc, and cozy pool

We got a one bed apartment for just the two of us but could have had 4 People. We stayed for a week so it was nice to have our own well equipped kitchen. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the town but 1.5 minutes walk to Folliet which is the best specialist coffee shop in...
