The hotel was very well located right in the centre - restaurants and shops were very close and it was walkable to the ski lift. The staff couldn't do enough to help and were brilliant. Breakfast was good and the spa was a bonus after a days skiing. The welcome gift was lovely, as was tea and cake in the... More

Located in town centre, this hotel is nice and quiet. Staff went out of they're way to assist in any way. Although our room was quite small it was a pleasant stay. The spa is a nice option to relax in after a day in the mountains.

This hotel has good location. Town Centre. 4 mins walk from bus stops. Great ski boot room. Sauna and jacuzzi make up for bathroom cupboard. Yes it is more like a cupboard than a bathroom room in 213. Very clean. Views from rooms great in places. Service top notch free tea and coffee at key times. Optional breakfast at reasonable... I loved this hotel, it is very stylish yet very cosy. The rooms are quite small but beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a nice spa that is included in the room rate. Location cannot be better! Breakfast was not included but well worth the 13 eur. Excellent service, the girls in the reception are very nice, we got... More

I would have liked this hotel more had I still been in my 40s or younger - simple but got everything I would need. The hotel gets good marks with me not because of the room but because of the very friendly service I got. Try to avoid arriving here with a big suitcase (although the staff will insist on... More

We booked the Faucigny, attracted by the favourable reviews and the excellent location. After parking the car in front of the hotel, we found the welcome from the excellent front office team to be warm, welcoming and informative. The hotel itself is attractively furnished and the Superior room we had booked was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast... More

I have never been so happy with a stay at a hotel. But, before you read further, you must understand that this is not a large American chain hotel. It is a boutique French hotel, almost a bead and breakfast. These sorts of places are pretty much all you'll find around France (outside of Paris). In this category the Faucingy... More

Positives The staff - not sure I've ever come across such helpful and friendly hotel staff, they're fantastic. Location - very central, perfect location Breakfast - nice, although a touch a variety from day to day wouldn't go amiss Negatives Size of room - just about acceptable but certainly not spacious. The shower was pretty small to be honest. As... More

If you are looking for a central hotel in Chamonix then look no further than here. A superb hotel and we will definitely be returning next year. I can't actually think of anything they could improve on.

The hotel is located about 200m from the train station and finding it is easy. Situated in town, there are many restaurants to choose from. The nearest ski slope is Le Savoy and it is 5minutes walk from the hotel. We were very thankful that the hotel recommended a ski rental shop which offered 20% discount for hotel guest and... More
