We have just got back from a weeks stay. I thought the apartments were adequate but small. We had a 4-6 person apartment for 4 of us. The beds were all a bit short, but we did have 2 bathrooms. For the price we paid there should of been a proper oven. The microwave/oven was impossible to use and to...

Pool great, wifi intermittent. Location perfect, scenery not so hot. Service was pretty good, navigation through the buildings was super confusing, often ended up in wrong spot! ski lockers were very roomy too.

Good location just next to the train and bus station, close to the city centre and the bus service systems. Equipped with the basic items. Small apt for sleeping 4-6 ppl. The pool was a major disappointment, no jaccuzi and temperature of 27 degrees only. Perhaps better for kids.

The service was the worst I have ever experienced they asked us for 9euros per towel like they expected us to spend one week with one towel each, and when we asked for the room to be cleaned they charged us 60 euros. The furniture must have been from the 1950's, TV literally had no channels you could watch I...

We did use all facilities again well organised and maintained. We were a group of girls skiing so all were very happy to return. We did however have to share double beds due...

La Ginabelle is well located. A good bakery is just in the corner. The 3 room apartment has a lot of space with a fantastic view. The hotel is quite clean and cozy. The pool and wellness area is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The pictures are a bit misleading, as its not as spacious and airy as in the photos which are mainly of the lobby, but in general we were very comfortable. It had all the comforts of home necessary for a nice ski vacation. Its in a central location, which allowed us to get groceries and fresh produce every day, restaurants...

There is nothing Premium in these flats. Misleading pictures and description. Basic ski flats in a not so good location for skiing. Dirty and smelly corridors, car park perfect for Swatch cars (euro 60 / week...), bring your own DVD players, etc..... If this is 5 stars then Balcons du Savoy should be 20 stars....... Only advice stay away, there...

We were in Chamonix for sixteen days from september 13 to 29 and stay at la Résidence la Ginabelle. The location is central in Chamonix and you are minutes walking from everything: grocery, bakery, shops, restaurants and the telepheric for l'Aiguille du midi and Mont Blanc, train du Montenvers and la Mer de Glace. The staff at la Résidence is...
