The ski in/ski out service provided by the hotel was exceptional and I will certainly be going again with my family. My only criticisim was the food. Although the cooking was amazing, the menu was a little to exquisite for me, for example sea urchin then lobster. I am not a fish lover but there was no other choice. If...

We were 3 couples, mostly from London, 1 were french. We all used to ski in Courchevel 10-15 years ago – but were put off by local prices, we saw the new photos of Courcheneige and decided to try Courchevel again. And we were very glad we did! The Courcheneige staff were so kind, the new lounge bar was great....

A friend reccomeded we check out the new look Courcheneige, for New Year. We had a double suite, with two rooms in it, so slept 4. The room was clean, comfortable, and great views. The living area was a little small as we were 4 adults, not 2 parents and 2 kids. But for the price we had plenty of...

It seemed a little unfinished, with remnants of the old style carpet in the lifts etc, but in general if felt like a new hotel. We have been coming for years, and this was a great re-styling of the best value hotel in Courchevel. 4 girls in our mid 30s from London Chelsea – we had a great time, surrounded...

Tust reopened with all new staff, so needed a bit of settling in time. but their enormous terrace is the best! perfect for the lunch or apres ski. The lounge was super cosy with big sofas and throws and fireplaces. and we didnt have to pay crazy prices!

Don't bother, revolting mulled wine, paper cups from a push button coffee machine and a long queue to get them from a beach hut! Goodness knows what it will be like when it's busy. Staff doing a lot of nothing. Couldn't be any different to last years service and quality. Such a great location, what a shame. So many other...

We used to love this place, homely log fires, superb staff and service and excellent food which was always good value for money. Whilst it looks very 1850 with the juice, grey goose and champagne bars outside. The service generally was poor, attitude of a number of staff dreadful and extremely over priced for quality of food and drinks on...

The hotel has recently undergone a refurb and the common areas are very cool and contemporary. We loved the Pizzeria and the bar lounge but our favourite was the sun deck which is easily the best and biggest sun trap of any hotel in 1850!! Get there either early or late as it gets busy quickly! Our room (420) was...

We have stayed at the Courcheneige on 2 previous occasions, taking advantage of their inclusive ski pass deal. Previously, we've enjoyed our stay as the staff have been attentive and professional. This time, our room was very uncomfortable with the bathroom and toilet being tiny. The bed was the worst I've ever had in a hotel! Dinner is basic but...

Good value hotel with average food, but excellent location in particular as there is on site ski hire, although you need to get a bus to go into the main town The rooms were clean, reasonably comfortable some(ours) with a great view. Main downsides are very slow Wifi and during the day it can be impossible to find a seat...
