A tastefully and characterfully modernised hotel with friendly and helpful staff, in a perfect position at the heart of the Presqu'ile, and just across the bridge over the Saone to the attractions of Vieux Lyon. The hotel overlooks the city's main theatre (with its impressive late 19th century facade), and the square facing it. We had an 'Acte II' bedroom,...

Stayed for 1 night on a weekend away. Located in probably the best place in Lyon. 2 mins walk from the river Saone and the morning market, opposite the beautiful theatre, 5 mins walk from Place de Bellecour and the metro and close to good bars and restaurants. Lovely reception staff, rooms functional, comfy beds and great price, what not...

A very nicely decorated hotel, modern and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. It is well-situated both for shopping and the vieux ville (old town). The room was quite small.... but as we just slept in it, it was fine - good bed. Just needed to open the inner window (there was an inner and outer window) to ensure we...

Nice hotel in the center of Lyon, which is close to essentially everything Lyon has to offer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room itself was a little small, but clean, pleasant and quiet. Breakfast was not included and if wished has to be paid extra. We did not test it as we are typically late in the mornings and there...

This hotel is well situated for touring central Lyon: the old city and shopping. The room was nice-sized and well-appointed and the staff was friendly. We saw free entertainment in the square in front of the hotel on two different nights - quite a bonus. This is a good value hotel.

Very friendly staff. Mid-size rooms with comfortable beds, firm pillows. Room was clean as was bathroom. Large shower. No problem with road noise. Has A/C if you need it. 5 min walk to nearest metro and less than 10 min walk to funicular and Vieux Lyon. Only complaint is the €13.50 cost for breakfast so just grab a croissant/coffee from...

This is a great little hotel in a brilliant location in the centre of Presque I'le. There is a lot to see in Lyon and you can walk to just about everything from here. The rooms are on the small side but perfectly adequate. The staff are friendly and welcoming. If you don't want to spend a lot on breakfast...

The really great things: unbelievable location, right in the center of the old town; great service; comfortable bed; nice bathroom; great tub. Breakfast available. Downside: The room was small, really good for one person, very tight for two. I would recommend a close look at the advertised size of the rooms and pay a bit more for a larger space,...

What a surprise Lyon is, and this hotel is the perfect base for exploring. You can walk everywhere, or jump on the excellent transit system. Great restaurants nearby. A short walk to the tourist information center. Very helpful staff, you feel safe and well cared for. Rooms are clean and contemporary but a little small.

We stayed here based upon reviews in travel guides and were very happy with the service, room and location. The staff could not have been more helpful and the accommodation was excellent. We were able to walk to the old city and all over modern Lyon. The subway was a short walk away as is the tourist office. We had...
