Difficult to find and parking with luggage and a dog and a dogs bed, and, and, and. When I phoned the hotel for directions, I found the person who answered to be curt, short and a little irritated with me, perhaps because my French is not fluent or maybe it was her customer service skills that needed polishing?! When we...

There are basic expectations that a hotel must meet when you go to stay there. The most basic expectation is the check-in time: when you go at a particular time, you know you can check-in. Hotel Alexandra postponed our check-in three times and asked us to come back each time. I have never seen a hotel with staff so incompetent...

Even though we had some issues hence the low rating I actually quite liked this place. The location is excellent! The dark girl with glasses who checked us in was so efficient and helpful and rates top of checkin staff from 6 weeks traveling so far. Super helpful with tourist attractions too. The rooms are better than I expected so...

It is very centrally located on a smaller shopping street heading to the Place Bellecourt. Located what seems to be an old building modified to host the hotel, it has a pleasant combination of old and new. I booked 2 working days before arrival and was lucky to get a room. The room I got is a strange arrangement --...

Convenient hotel in the center of Lyon, good quality price balance. Bedrooms are small but comfortable and the hotel seems to have been renovated recently. Reception staff was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Very pleasant hotel for a couple. It is very cosy and full of charms. We had a room at the fifth floor under the roof - just be careful with the wooden beams :-) The only downside is the cost of parking (18 eur) for one night which seems to be on the high side. The staff is very pleasant...

Very fast and friendly lady checked us in. She was so accomdating and tried her very best with all our queries. Not only did she allow us to view available rooms to our satisfaction, she checked us in early and gave us a coffee whilst we waited for the room to be ready (less then 20 min wait) I only...

Nice little hotel! Just off a large pedestrian shopping street, in the heart of Lyon, this hotel is ideally located. Rooms are lovely but small - not a big issue as stayed for 1 night only. There's a small patio around which a few rooms are located. Staff are helpful.

We stayed here when visiting Lyon for the Light Festival & Christmas Market. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city on foot. We had a room at the rear of the building on the 3rd floor above the terrace which was clean, comfortable and quiet given the central location of this vibrant city. The hotel is situated on...

Perfect small hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Three of us shared one room for one night and it was perfect. The place is so secure and safe. They lock down the hotel after 10pm and you just have to buzz to get in. This place is so safe that we forgot to close our door, we left our door...
