Close to the Eco Town of Freiburg we arrived early in the and were immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman, possibly the owner, he led us straight to our pitch so that we could set up straight away. The staff in the office are very friendly - there is no shop but a big bonus is a beer garden...

Very nice staff and perfect toilets. Overall was a very nice stay however there were strict rules on how and where you could park the campervan and at what time to be quiet. Lovely beer / food at the restaurant at the entrance.

This is crowded site with every inch of space used. Snoring resounding from many a tent and caravan at night as if it was in your own!! No good if you want to while away the summer days with a book. However, staff were excellent and washing facilities very clean. A wooded shady site. A lovely touch was the 'reading...

We spent 6 days camping here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and there was a great mix of nationalities on the site. The facilities were very good and included a small shop where you could order fresh bread rolls in the morning. It is next door to a smashing cafe/restaurant if you want a break from cooking on...

We stayed here for six nights, whilst exploring the local area. The site is very well ran, clean and tidy with good facilities. The staff although very busy were always happy to answer questions and are friendly. Enough space for our caravan, awning and car on the pitch. Nice easy stroll into the town, short drives, cycle rides to nearby...

We stayed here on our way back from touring Italy as a stopover wanting to find somewhere near of interest to visit. On arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful providing maps of the town. Another member of staff took my partner to our pitch while I booked and paid and asked if it was ok for him. Very...

The staff is nice and helpful. They helped me to fix my bike, gave us many good suggestions and even lended us a map for hiking. The campsite is peaceful and conveniently located, very close to the city centre. Other facilities (bike lane, tram stop, shops, the river which is suitable for bathing) are within a stone's throw

Had to admit we had been a bit put off by some of the reviews, which after staying here we felt were unjustified. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The shower blocks were clean and very functional, an easy walk into town and it has an amazing beer garden with grill attached to it. It does get...

We arrived at the site with our three young children and were shown to our pitch which, despite booking for a family of five was, was ridiculously small. The pitch would have barely fit our tent and there was no space to cook or eat outside. We were also told that we would not be able to park our car...

Hello tabs 151 from Stuttgart, Your comment is unjust and unfair. NO, you did not include a car in your booking. NO, it is not up to us to "imagine you would come by car". Families do arrive as hikers or bikers. It is YOUR responsability to be precise in your bookings. NO, the pitch was not too small. We...
