park villa - the name is reality. you will find an hotel with 2 houses in style of an old german villa. in garden lives a real leopard. The rooms are large and in the stems of a manor house from the 20th century. you will get a lovely prepared breakfast and your fried egg is fresh prepared by the...

If you value spacious room, nice and quiet neighourhood, good breakfast Park Villa is your choice. On top of all that, you might be able to see the cheetah from your window. There is a retitred Cheetah living in the backyard. The retirement part I might jhave not understood all. being limited in my lingo, but sure the villa gives...

Had this hotel been designed or furnished today, it would be labelled as boutique hotel or design hotel. Yet the concept of the hotel is at least one or two decades old, so with a touch of understatement, it is simply called Hotel Park Villa. Other reviewers commenting that it has more the touch of a B&B are not untrue,...

Nowadays it's not easy to find something other than your regular big chain hotel were you wake up and get exactly the same aseptic experience regardless of which part of the world you're on. This hotel, however, was exactly the opposite: a vintage house where every bit of decoration reveals something about the owners, cozy rooms, friendly staff and a...

The hotel itself is a gorgeous old villa with a unique interior design, the rooms look great, and the garden and animals are a nice addition. That said, the less you interact with the staff (especially the lady running it), the better. Like other reviewers, we seemed to incur her wrath of the lady running the hotel by asking something...

I stayed here 3 nights on a recent business trip to Heilbronn. This hotel is very similar to a Bed & Breakfast in the US. Very friendly and small staff. The owners were very nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was sufficient. If I ever return to Heilbronn, I will be staying here!

No "Hello" when I arrived. Peculier atmosphere. I was allocated to house 2.....cold room, heating wasn´t working....no mirror and lights over the bathroom mirror were blown.....I´m really not a complainer, so I made the best of it.... The following morning I was verbally attacked by the "Lady of the House" for not wanting breakfast.....When I mentioned the lightbulbs in the...

The only ok part of the hotel experience is the room itself. The hotel is also in the quiet area, so one think one could sleep, BUT the staff of the hotel is absolutely mad and very loudly vacuum cleans the lobby in the morning, so forget sleeping. Breakfast: a special story - they woke up us in the morning...
