Loved the hotel, loved the staff very pleasant and helpful, great breakfast better than expected Wooden panelled walls, full of charm I loved it some will hate it Only giving three stars as it is close by a team line which ran all night and was very noisy, somehow the hotel need to address this as barely slept

Stuck in the 1970's, hard bed, uncomfortable, restaurant not open in the evening, says no smoking but bar tender openly smokes. 5-7min walk from town (not Stuttgart) where you can find the odd bar and restaurant. Customer service pretty much non-existent. Hotel is covered in dark wood - whilst beautiful on a very bright sunny day, lends itself to the...

This hotel is bang opposite the tram stop that goes direct to the central train station. From the outside it looks quite ordinary but once you step inside, its like stepping into another world or time. I loved the décor and the old world charm. Our room was very charming, beautiful antique mirror, sofa, furniture. There were sweets on the...

I visited the hotel in the midle of summer holiday time so it was really empty due to the central location in Stuttgart. It is overall clean but the vintage smell in the rooms and in the internet saloon downstairs are getting to you if you can't get used to it. The tramm rail really close and the fact that...

We stayed in a lovely room - double bed, bath and balcony as we have requested. All people working there were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with a romantic atmosphere.Warm, cozy, family hotel. In my opinion- a great place for couples. I am very glad we stayed there. Everything was great. I would recommend this hotel and...

I had to book it because there was a fair and could not get anywhere else to stay. Not good at all. Rooms old and dark, reception guy moody and unfriendly etc... No wifi in the rooms Dark and dull Outdated furniture Bad shower The only one thing that is positive about this hotel is that it is not far...

We booked the Spahr at short notice from Switzerland, needing somewhere close to the Mercedes Museum. The Spahr is a good location, with free parking, and is next to U-Bahn and S-Bahn so easy to get into any part of Stuttgart. There are also shops, churches and amenities around. What a FRIENDLY hotel, calmly responding to my phone call when...

Very conveniently located close to 13 stop and next to the Bad Cannstatt station of S2 S3 lines. It's a good and cheap solution for visiting Mercedes and Porsche Museums and the city centre as well. Very easy to reach also the airport and fair ground. Very good and truly German breakfast. Nice and conveniently equipped single rooms.

We chose this hotel for the parking, breakfast available, proximity to the Mercedes Benz Museum, and proximity to transportation downtown. Hotel met these needs without issue and wasn't TERRIBLE but I would definitely find somewhere else to stay next time. The parking is secure and convenient in a garage and lot at the back. Spaces are numbered and has a...
