Terrible experience because of a "missing reservation" problem, please beware of possible Seegarten SCAM. Our hotel reservation printout was claimed fraudulent, and we ended up paying 30% more for an available 2-person room instead of the 3-person room we booked. Worse, we had to beg manager Marina for this arrangement in the most humble way, because we arrived to find...

we didn't stay in Hotel Seegarten during our visit to Bad Weissee, but we did dine there one evening. The server was very friendly and helpful, as his English was FAR better than our German. It was a bit late when we visited, so we couldn't appreciate the view, but when we walked by the next morning, on the beautiful...

Know this: In Germany, service and staff at hotels is minimal until their season begins. The same holds true for Italy, France, etc. Don't expect to eat dinner there-wouldn't recommend it, but do eat breakfast..Be sure to enjoy the oom-pah band that strolls out to perform nightly during the summer months! Great to watch them stroll by from the lake...

This is a nice hotel but more suited towards retired holidaymakers than business people. The wifi didn't work (I asked at the front desk twice but the staff were clueless). Breakfast starts surprisingly late for a German hotel so we only just managed to grab something before we had to leave. Then the front desk wasn't manned when we went...

Arrived at 1-30 and waited 20mins for someone to come to reception - the lady that checked us in was so rude it was funny " do you have any bikes we can use? NO".... Main toilets smelled like a train station urinal. Rooms all smell damp and have mould in bathrooms. Food in restaurant decent but service comical. Final...

We just spent four nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay. There are some "issues" but all in all a nice place and great view of the lake. On looking around I would say this place has the second best view and location. Our room was traditional Bavarian wood style, which means lots of wood (bed, cabinets, ceiling, floors...

Looks fantastic from the outside and as you walk in - go further and it all starts to fall apart. The staff really could not care less and rooms are tired to say the least. We had a room with a balcony which was just about to collapse - rotton all round. The bathroom was totally awful and there was...
