The location is great, rooms are decent and cleaned every day. But it's not a hotel, there's no drinks, no dinner what so ever. That's really a 1 star if you expect to have booked a 3 star hotel. It should be called a Bed&Breakfast, owners/employees are gone most of the time. Wifi is good enough.

Arriving in the late evening, my keys were readily available for me to check-in. For late arrivals, keys are left in the mailbox. Check-in instructions are on the door. My room was clean and comfortable. No issues with wifi access on the 2nd floor. No issues with hot water or water pressure in the morning. Breakfast is the standard German... More

I was impressed at the casual, welcoming nature of the place. Throughout the week, I would notice room keys in the mailbox and notes on the door for arriving guests. The hotel is in a good location. I was able to park my car and walk the whole rest of the week to work and dinner and shopping. The room... More

My husband and I stayed here while he was on a business trip. We brought our dog with us too. The hotel is in the middle of some outdoor reconstruction in the yard, patio, and pool area. Because of that there was some daytime noise and blocked off areas but not a big deal since it was November and we... More

We stayed 5 days in a beautiful, recently built room on the ground floor. During our stay, though, building a swimming pool was in full swing causing some racket during the entire day. If not for this work the hotel is as quiet as its surroundings. It is not a trendy hotel, but cosy, clean, airy with nice rooms. The... More

The hotel is situated slightly out of town but a pleasant stroll to the town center. We had the 1 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom with hairdryer. Free apples and chocolates given. Lovely breakfast spread which was included in the price. The one annoying thing was the wi fi kept dropping and was... More

Stayed here with family. We were traveling to zugsspitz & Newschweinstein Castle. Hotel was beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. The town of Oberammergau has so much to offer. Great for strolling around at the end of the day ! Will definitely be back !

I stayed at this hotel with my family for four nights last week, and had colleagues there the week previous. Lovely staff and owner, all of whom were most helpful with every detail. Comfortable, and really clean rooms with good facilities (inc free wi-fi), excellent breakfast, on site parking and great views. Also, close to town (under 5 minute walk),... More

Stayed one week at Posch Hotel and everything was perfect. The room was clean, bed is like at home, bathroom was clean as the towels. Breakfast was more than enough. Front desk (Tanya) was extremely helpful, fluent is English, German, Russian, Polish and maybe so on. Check-out was quick and easy. Only can reccommend.
