Very nice hotel centrally located. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. No air conditioning. The place was hot. Everything is within walking distance, shops, bars, restaurants and historic places. The staff was excellent. Excellent breakfast.

Spent five nights here over Christmas in a hotel with character. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the hotel is conveniently located in a picturesque setting. Staff were welcoming and happily answered all of our questions. Room staff were pleasant and efficient. The dining room staff were eager to please and did their best to accommodate the Aussies with special dietary requirements....

Wifi not working. Cleaning crew came at odd hours when one needs the bathroom the most. This hotel is not a member that can issue free bus passes. To use the local bus, one has to buy individual bus ticket or day pass.

The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was very good, the room was very comfortable! I especially liked the heated towel bar in the bathroom. The windows opened to the amazing view of the fairy tale town...it was covered in snow and absolutely breathtaking! Definitely would stay there again. As with all European hotels, not a fan of the bedding...I...

Great hotel in the center of old town. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming lobby. Free parking off site, breakfast included, which was a great selection of eggs made to order, soft boiled eggs, breads and meats and cheeses, pastries, juices, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more...the town was very cute, plenty...

Used this hotel for a team off site business trip- absolutely fabulous. Location wise perfect, hosts could not have done more for us and the accommodation comfortable. It was a great venue and we will definitely be holding another of our team off site meetings there!

Clean room but dark because ceiling is covered with paneling. Building is 400+ years old so panel is probably needed. Limited buffet breakfast was more than we needed. Bread, butter and jams were excellent. Our room opened onto the square and we watched the Krumpases chase the children on St Christopher day. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for two days as we toured the extended area. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Parking is in the city parking area, but the hotel provides a sign that allows free parking. Within walking distance of all restaurants in the city.

Overall great staff and after eating in just about every venue, the best schnitzel in town. Beds hard, only single mattresses, tiny bathroom. Had a balcony, decent view. Has a washer dryer and ironing board in a community room, not your room. No refrigerator in the room. Location is perfect, and mere feet from the famous Christmas shop, and other...
